Here's the issue - these companies (including Sprint, I've worked in a corporate store) expect you to be BOTH the customer service rep and a sales rep. That's why you have "red carpet service" and all of that Jazz.

I'm only speaking for myself here, but at my RS location they're way more honest than the corp stores in my area. They also have better manners and don't go onto websites slamming other business. If you were that great of a sales person you wouldn't have to get on here talking about how 3rd party retail locations suck.

It's not about being "smart enough", it's about having access to the account to even add the NVP discounts. Maybe you should watch your statments since you made yourself sound fairly ignorant.

In my area the corp store BLOWS and they're super shady and rude. There are a lot of people who never take their business to this particular store so third parties make a killing off of the overall bad service the other location brings. Now I do agree that for other places corp stores will be getting more business than third parties since they can sometimes do more in accounts than third party and the "Price playing field" is ...

It would have been HUGE news for everyone I was selling with that there would be no MIR period for a while. You must be mixing corp stores up with retail or something else.

It was one of the reasons I left that particular store and now work at a new location. I couldn't bring myself to lie or not give them the whole story just to get them to buy. The place I'm at now is way better and what the other job should have been. Oh well, what goes around comes around. He just missunderstood what they were explaining to him. When you're on a family plan the first two lines are included in the price and then lines 3-5 are 9.99 a peice if you are on just a talk or talk+message plan. If you are on the everything data family plans then you're looking at 19.99 for lines 3-5. The lowest individual plan is 29.99 and that just the basic 200 min plan that has nothing extra included.

I dont think it's so much that people are impatient, it's the selling of a phone that is 4g capable that can't use it yet. That is not the same as only having 4g in some areas. For example, you may buy a 4g phone from Sprint and not have 4g everywhere you go, but there are places you can go to get 4g access. I agree with you. If someone was "loyal" they wouldn't threaten to jump ship. They would just wait until they could upgrade and stay wit the carrier they claim they "love".

I've been in places where I can barely get the video to pull up, let alone play, and then I've been in places where I get great quality videos. That would be SWEET if they took off Mail in Rebates all together. It would clear up quite a few issues between customers and reps, and it would be nice to just know up front what you're payding for and not have to figure out what something "really" costs.

I've been wondering and asking. Someone had the nerve to tell me it was my phone, but I've had multiple phones that all have the same issue with service, so I find it hard to believe it's my phone. I hope it gets fixed soon or something. Maybe it'll have something to do with this announcement on the 7th

I can totally see there being a projector phone, or a 3D phone out on the market. I don't think they'd drop their plans any lower (who knows though, they might!) It's not like it's a bad thing if they do!

For a while now I've been noticing some issues with dropped calls and just being connected to data period. I'm in Kansas about 3 hours away from Kansas City. They said that there were a few towers out here that had something corrupted and that they needed to fix them, but even after the "fix" there is still some funny business going on. I've had Sprint for years now and have never had problems like this with service until ...

I have a question about a Thanksgiving promotion that Target Mobile had and I haven't been able to get any answers. And to clarify I don't think the market place comparison is the same because most people need bbs for battery life and school/work and don't have some of the same phone habits that android users have. At least that's how it is for me and I've used both platforms.
