Droid Incredible + $50 Target Gift Card
I have a question about a Thanksgiving promotion that Target Mobile had and I haven't been able to get any answers. Here's the issue:
Customers were able to purchase this phone and if they kept it on their account for 30 days then (according to "rules") Verizon was supposed to send them a $50 dollar Target gift card (and yes, it specifically states that Verizon will "directly" send them the gift card) The customer hasn't recieved theirs yet and they were wondering where they could find out if it's shipped or being processed.

as always you should try and do your best to take care of a customer, but in this case I would direct them back to where they purchased the phone.. meaning target.
Now if you work at target...well then shame on you for not knowing

I don't know what you mean by "shame on me for not knowing". I have the newsletter and email that discuss this promotion and the ONLY thing it says is that the gift card is directly sent from Verizon to the customer. There is no website or any other information about contacting anyone about the issue. Instead, I could have told them they were out of luck because I don't know more information and that they would need to call around themselves to figure it out. For your information as well, I wasn't the one who sold them the phone and pumped up the gift car...

UPDATE:
So after countless calls Verizon is supposed to be the ones who can check the card status. We finally got ahold of a rep who knew what we were talking about and/or wanted to give us the information.
