that's just plain wrong... i speak fluent spanish and have worked CS & retail since i was old enough to work, not only do i speak spanish to my customers who have a hard time with english i also have deciphered some serious portuguese, italian and god knows what language that little man was speaking but if i have to do drawings and invented sign language to help my customers than i will. it's CUSTOMER SERVICE!

well i'm at the company t-mobile is taking over (in PR) and have no system due to the transition... and people seem to have nothing better to do on labor day and are calling!!! :evil:

i have just been informed we will have a systems black out 8O ... i wonder how much weed one will have to possibly smoke to bear with the day this happens!!!

so... i have my baby blackberry on an unlimited data plan. if i were to say, attempt to use her as a modem will i get some insane additional charges on my next bill???

well they should hurry this system stinks and they are moving at the speed of snail... which means the small changes they have made i.e. voice mail in the english language is scaring the hell out of the old spanish speaking people, and in turn they call ME!!! :x t-mobile needs to step it UP!

can it get any worse than this?
