Verizon hasnt had a major merged with anybody since verizon started. We have picked up little mom and pop carriers through the years but nothing major like att and sprint nextel. So yes I stick with saying att bought there customers and we built ours.

training is always a plus especially in customer service, Verizon reps are recquired to train a minimum of 3 weeks, Thats really not enough.

I agree it would be kinda pointless for that merge especially with 2 different kind of networks. Verizon would never be able to merge with Sprint. Sprint would have way to much debt to absorb. Sprint has spent way to much in the sponsership for nascar.

I agree to get rid of the chirp chirp, its been more trouble than its actually worth, the largest cell carriers Att and Verizon barely even offer the push to talk. Speed dial is just as quick and everybody around you dont have to hear your conversation.

I see what you are saying,if you cant have full access that dosent really help you or the customer much. I know I usually got the run around when I called. I think if Sprint would get more retail stores in the US it would help a lot too. Ive always had a tough time finding a actuall sprint store for service always a radio shack or some of the wall kiosk

Verizon puts there money in there network as everyone can tell not in a bunch of crazy sponsors like nascar. If sprint had put more money in there network they wouldnt be in the place to have to be bought out and merged with a sucky company like Tmobile

I wouldnt talk to much against the mergers I ported alot of numbers to verizon from att cingular at there merge. Dropped calls, Dropped calls. Bottom line is merges arent always the best from the start

Customer Service is the key to keeping customer. I feel bad for sprint sales reps doing there best to better themselves and there customers and in return have there sale thrown back in there face because of job outsourcing. Not smart on the part of Sprint
