Logic and business come into play for this type of acquisition to work. Let's face it, T-Mobile is the best at taking care of their customers. They also have a world presence. iDen customers stay with their company, no matter what. With that being said, buy Sprint to get the business base and the iDen customers. Straighten out the mess on the Sprint side of the business, sell the CDMA side of the business after you keep the spectrum you do not have. Use the money to build out the 3G network and remain a world leader.

Huh what? Sell the CDMA side (you mean the one w/ WiMAX?!) and keep 3g? So you want to get rid of the best 4g network for 3g? PTHHH.. nah not a good idea.
