i850 for sale

Is anyone interested in a four-month old i850 for Nextel? The phone looks slightly used, but is by no means in bad condition. Paint is somewhat wore off on the top and corners, from rubbing on the carry holster, but it's nothing some touch-up paint couldn't fix. Also, there are a few bumps and scratches on the phone, from normal use. Everything works fine on it...I am selling because I am upgrading to a newer phone model. I will include the charger, carry holster, and user's manual. I would like to get $200 out of it, since I paid over $300 for it new.

If interested, please let me know here. Thank you!

To all Nextel customers

http://www.phonenews.com/content/view/1786/1/ »

Sprint Nextel customers should be able to do this also by adding the Sprint to Home feature on their wireless account for $5 per month which in essence allows customers unlimited wireless calls to and from their home phone # on their Sprint Nextel account. I would think all you would have to do is change the phone number Sprint Nextel has on your wireless account to the one you use from Grand Central. This would beat having to switch plans to the Sprint Nextel Free Incoming ones seeing how the legacy Fair & Flexible as well as the new Power Pack plans give you more bang for the buck in terms of minutes for peak usage.

leaving nextel

I'm moving our work service from Nextel to Cingular (15 lines, nothing huge).

Nextel service was ok, except for the constant "the nextel subsciber you are trying to reach cannot be located" messages.

Anyone know if I can use that to get out of my contract, or am I stuck with 3K in cancellation fees?

Blackberry Pearl for NEXTEL USERS?

OK... so WHEN are we going to get this for us nextel users.... with iPhone coming, nextel/RIM should at least offer the pearl to its users....or some all new Email centric phone for us since now my 7100i is looking like an old "Clunker". I may see Cingular/At&t in my future. Will miss you direct connect. 😉

Holster for i415

Hi. I think i am going to buy the i415 from Boost just so I can Direct Connect with my friends who have Nextel.

www.boostmobile.com doesn't sell a holster for the i415 😳
what kind of holster would fit the i415? Maybe a holster for the i205????

if possible, i'd like a plain plastic one. no cases.

Can this be done? Charges....

Is it possible to buy a Boost Mobile phone and take the SIM card out and put it in a Nextel BlackBerry, would I be able to use the web broswer and email? What would be the charges? (minutes, data fees, etc.)?

has anybody tried this?
also what is the best (past or current) Nextel BlackBerry. I want a speakerphone, too. i know some of the older BBs didnt have a speakerphone.

HYBRID HELP PLEASE!!!

I have the weirdest problem...I have customers that have a family plan with hybrid phones. The customer's wife's phone will not accept calls from their home landline. His phone has no problems, and her phone will take calls from any other landline, but when they call her cell phone number from the house they get "the nextel number you are trying to call is not in service please try again later"

can anyone help with this? has anyone heard of it? I really need to help these people!

The SprintNextel Hybrid phones

I'm taking a poll. Who out there with Nextel service will switch to a hybrid phone if they only offer 1900 mhz roaming? Would you be more inclined if they offer 800 mhz roaming on CDMA & analog?

Upgrade?

I have Sprint, love their service, phones, and features where i'm located. I work for a different carrier w/customer service and I like their upgrade policy a lot better but they are pretty much non-existent in my area.

Can anyone clarify the upgrade pricing? From what i've heard after one year you get $75 off a phn and after 2 years $150, or I think I may have read it was 22 months. Well, what is that discount off? Full retail? Can you please give me some examples of current pricing on phones? It just seems like for being an existing customer you get less of a discount than new customers. I got a phone after 1 year. The SAMSUNG A920. I believe the full retail pricing at the time was $279.99 and got $75 off of that. Thanks for your help.

i870

Does anyone have an i870 for sale cheap? Buying a new i850 in August was a huge mistake. I actually went back to my i530. I hear the i870 is a much better phone than the i850, but I can't justify buying two new phones so close to each other. If you or anyone you know has a new or used i870 for sale cheap, please let me know...thanks!

ic502 hybrid is junk

This phone will not roam with other CDMA providers, except a small few areas. And I mean small spots in a few states. Also, you cannot use the IDEN for phone calls, only PTT. If you look at the coverage maps, you'll see that in most if not all cases, Nextel has the larger foot print. Stay away from this phone, unless you will never leave the city.

Direct connect

I work with a guy who was going to get nextel, but didn't. Signed up with Sprint instead. The point is he wanted the direct connect and the sales rep told him that Nextel was doing away with it over the next 2-3 yrs for the common person. Something dealing with it interfering the the government agent using it.. Is there any truth to this???
