Will Verizon provide the unlock codes for the Tour?
Has anyone found out yet whether Verizon will provide the unlock codes for the Tour so that foreign SIM cards can be used?

If you are a new customer then you will required at least 6 months of service before they even give you the unlock code.
If you are a long time customer then you can call them up anytime and request to have it unlocked.
