I got the music essentials kit with the USB but Verizon won't allow me to use BitPim.

Anyone know of a third-party USB that charges the phone while it's plugged in and software works with Verizon?

is the chocolate extended battery really worth it? if youve upgraded from the regular battery, do you really tell the difference in the upgrade?

I just bought the phone a couple of days of go and i'm loving it. the only thing concernig me is battery life. i've read that you turn off EVDO to avoid losing battery. i feel stupid because usually im able to figure things out on phones but i can't find how to turn it off. any help would be appriciated

After I end a call there is the word view with an arrow on teh screen. This is my 2nd phone (for different reason) and when i click the button to view nothing happens...any advice?

ALso, my batter fluctuates from really good to from full to 2 bars in a day for not apparent reason..waht to do what to do..thanks!

My original Chocolate was able to take a pix and transfer to Wallpaper with no white border, I damaged my OG phone and was sent a new replacement that does not allow me to transfer a pix as wallpaper without white border, tried different resolutions gets worst

I currently have a Samsung 930, which I love, but I am thinking about getting a Strawberry Chocolate. I use the VZNavigator pretty often. On my 930, when I am using the navigator, I can close my phone and it will still give me the directions. However, my husband has the LG 8300, and when we use the navigator on his and close it, it cancels the application. I am wondering how it works on the Chocolate...If I shut the phone, will it still work??

I am thinking about getting this phone but before i get it i was wondering if this phone is durable.....and does the slide part get ruined or break at all???

I had Verizon send me a new phone because the battery was bad so I thought it might be the phone, well the new one sucks too. I have tried every thing to help get more life from it but nothing works. 🤭

This is a dumb question but can you talk with the phone slide closed or do you have to have it opened. 🤭

The Verizon Music Essentials Kit says it requires Windows XP to work... does anyone know a good way to move music to the Chocolate from a Mac?

This is my second chocolate...the first wabbled and creaked when closed...now this one when open wabbles...and when u open it and put it up to your ear at first to talk it clicks and presses together...almost as if it was coming apart or something..is this normal??? are they really cheaply made?

i want to be able to see if i have 1. missed calls 2. the time/date without having to turn the light on each time...

however, the way it is now is that it turns off automatically after it dims a few seconds...

Does anyone have trouble with the battery? I had a new battery sent to me but it sucks too. I only get about 2 hours talk time on it and thats not playing music or anything? Verizon said this is about the norm for this phone, any ideas?

Anyone able to put movies on this phone yet? And if so what program did you use and are you able to turn the video sideways so a widescreen video would use up more of the screen if you turned the phone sideways? Thanks for your help in advance.

wells, i was wondering if anyone can teach me how to make the cellphone vibrate and ring at the same time. i just bought the choco and am using one of the mp3 ringtones i downloaded. annywho, if someone can gimme a link to another forum that has the answer, or just teach me step by step, that would be awesome. =P
