I have the RAZR V3m (didn't want the KRAZR because its basically made of glass) anywyas, when i turn it off and charge it, then unplug it when it getsa full charge the light stays on even though i have not turned the phone on (its off and says charge complete but is still lit up) is this a flaw in my phone that I should get looked at by tech support? Thanks!
I have a Motorola V3M through Verizon and recently purchased the Motorola Phone Tools software instead of purchasing the program that Verizon sells for $40. When I installed the software and went to register my phone with it, it does not find my V3M, there are many other types including a V3CM. I chose that as my phone since the V3M was not an option and it registers my phone and can see my phonebook, but I cannot transfer anything from my pc to my phone (ringtones, wallpapers, etc.) Is this not possible to do b/c it is a verizon phone or is it possible that I am just not doing something right. I called Verizon to ask them about it and they couldn't really help me, they just kept talking about purchasing their product.
Ok, so just recently, VZW lowered the price to $49 for a RAZR and $79 for the pink RAZR. I was deciding between the KRZR and the VX8600 as a future phone but decided to scrap both and go for a RAZR. However, my mom and dad need to get new phones too, but my mom will be able to get a pink RAZR for free b/c of the contract and it is possible to get up to 3 V325s for free.
Basically what I'm trying to ask is, will there be any other RAZR deals in the future? (i.e. the buy one get one for free deal they had a while back) Or would it be in the best of interest for my mom the get a free RAZR and then my dad and I pay for ours?
Just switched to VZW from Cingular and bought a KRZR and a few V3m's...
Obviously, it's kind of a move "down" from the V600 in terms of features and an uninhibited UI, and I am having an impossible time customizing the phones on the major things so that they can at least feel comfortable making the transition. I think I'm going to start another threead on that.
First - the soft button customization is woeful, and second, I can't get their ring tones, wall paper, etc. over to the new phones. Lastly - it appears many of the V600's features are just flat out not available.
At least moving over the phone book is a priority, so I need managable connectivity, since bluetooth connections between the RAZRs/KRAZR and our laptops or V600s i... (continues)
I called Motorola today to inquire about the Motorola Phone Tools v.4. I was told that Verizon has a block on the software and we can't use the multimedia to get new ringtones. They have the hello moto ringtone on the software. Is this true?
First off, I want to say that I'm going to be a new member of Sprint in the next few days and I am coming from Verizon...
I've heard the news that Sprint is getting all the new Moto's soon and well, to get to the point, while I was out today, I came across a RAZR that I've never seen or heard of before - obviously the RAZR V3X (at CompUSA).
Not a regular V3, V3c, V3i, V3m, or any other RAZR model that I'm forgetting... A V3M (Do a search on Yahoo!)
Now, I'll admit that I have been (or may have been) hidden up under a rock for a while, but then again, I HATE/DESPISE/ABHOR RAZR's with a PASSION, but this "new" (or so it seems) V3X was WONDERFUL and full of features... 2 Way Video Conferencing, 2.0+ Megapixel Camera, and a slew of othe... When I first got my LG-VX 8100 (BEST PHONE EVER) the MP3's were disabled so I hit menu and zero six times and it took me to another screen to enable the music player, how could I do this the the V3m because I don't know how to enable the music player. Thanks in advance!!
Hi, i need the alarm clock on my razr V3M to go off daily, and i selected it under the options, but once it goes off, the alarm clock icon on my phone disappears. does that mean its shutting off and wont go off again the next day? or does the alarm clock icon just go away for some reason...
I'm moving my daughter and wife over to a VZW family plan from Cingular. I noticed there is no way to customize the outside buttons or the 4-way navigation pad for one touch selection without multiple "clicks." (This is especially important if driving, because the last thing you want to do is dive into menus looking for stuff).
The pet peeves are too numerous to mention, so I will just go over a few of them - and the question is, does anybody have any solutions to these, or are we stuck? The bottom line is that Verizon seems to think that making phone calls is secondary to taking and viewing pictures, web sites, mail, etc.
On the 4 way pad, the selection of things available are mostly unrelated to using the phone (we all have digica... (continues)
