Hi Guys, My phone's flawless performance record is broken. It had been working really well since I bought it in September and for the past couple of days it has been:

- Losing calls multiple times after only a few seconds.
- Interrupting me during typing text messages by popping up warning messages.
- Automatically attempting to redial the last number, out of the blue.
- Automatically and out of the blue, bringing up my call list, or my message list or a random warning window.

Has anyone experienced this? What's the fix?

1- New Phone.
2- New software upgrade.
3- Have phone fixed.

ok im getting the 9800 in about 1 month or so. Which bluetooth headset would you recommend my buying between the Motorola H500 and the Motorola H850 and why? THanks for your comments.

hi. i have a motorola e815 and i can record clips that last up to 3 minutes long when saved to the memory card. my question is if you have a mini sd for the lg vx9800 can u record more than 15 seconds? if so, how do u do this?

I don't see it on VZW's website. Where did everyone else get theirs from? And where do I get the bitpm (?SP) from?

alright i have the lg vx-9800 and i got a 2 gb memory card and i tried to format it on my phone and it didnt work and wont read that it has any memory at all but then i put it in my computer and it will let me read it and store stuff on it and shows it has the 2gb of memory anyone have any advice i dont know what to do because when i try to format it the phone says formatting failed any advice would be apprieciated

On the camera side of the phone, there looks like two pop off caps just below and to the right of the lens. I was curious if those really popped off, or if they were something else. I know that my other LG phones had little pop off caps that allowed for an external antenna, but I didn't know if this phone had that. I didn't really want to try and pop them off until I knew for sure that they were supposed to come off.

Does anybody know of a website where i can get a program that will let me convert videos into the 3pg format? i have a 200 mb video i want to convert.

Hi Guys, I was one of the first people to order my phone on the morning that it became available back in September. I haven't done any software upgrade yet, except for occasional *228-1.

1-How would I know which version of software I have on the phone? (menu/0 maybe?)

2-If I get the software upgrade, will I lose any of my images/videos that I have shot with this phone? (Don't use a miniSD card nor a USB cable.)

3-Is there an advantage in getting the software upgrade if I don't play music on this phone?

4-What's VZNavigator?

You know I always thought that the 9800 offered a Voice Memo feature until I decided to use it one day. It doesn't have that feature does it? That's disappointing... S

I have searchethe manual and can not find out how to turn the speakerphone on and off. Might anyone e able to help? Thank you.

i have a slight crack on my front screen and ordered a new plastic face from LG. anyone know how to carefully remove the current plastic piece and replace it without me having to take it into the store to do it?

Is there a way to change the shortcuts on the front (flip closed)... For example, Can i set it to open the calendar when i press down, like the inside launch pad does... I dont need a shortcut to bluetooth!!!

Can anybody tell me how to get GIF files onto my phone. I get alot of these photos in pix messages. I would just like to make them myself. I have bitpim and 3gp video converter and wavepad. Thanks in advance for any help. I also have a varity of phones e815, razr, 9800 so if it can only be done on one type of phone thats cool too. Thanks
