LG VX-4600

I live in NYC and have been to many Verizon Wireless stores here, and they have all told me that the phone is coming out soon but they dont know when. I know you can buy it online, but can anyone tell me if they have the phone and bought it in NYC. If yes, could you please tell me at which verizon wireless store?

The 4600 is back on the verizon site, now if it's in the stores I'll be happy. Anyone have an opinion on how well this phone will do on Verizon network as it's CDMA only? I travel around the country and I'm worried about this a great deal. Although I do know people that use the Blackberry with no problems.

This phone is great!!! Aside from the fact that it took 9 attempts before a Verizon phone agent would even sell me this phone, it looks and works great! I am a HUGE Motorola fan and have never ever thought of getting another brand of phone...but when Verizon takes 1,000 years to release a Motorola flip (710/810) I had to get this phone...besides...my v60 is clunking out on me. I had this activated at the store today and everyone that worked there had never seen it...after viewing it, they were all shocked that it would not be in the store because of how cool it is. The phone is small, it is smaller than my v60. The display is bright and vivid...the OLED outer display seems a bit slanted...but I will get over it. Features seem to work fine......

Does anyone know if this phone comes with a speakerphone?

So is this my best option for a good phone without the camera options? I am thinking of getting this one for now and looking into camera phones later in life..thanks in advance. 😕

I'm ready to go for the phone if i can get it in analog, basically because it looks better than the 4500.

is it a real upgrade from the 4500?

I noticed that Verizon is updating it's phone list on the web. Still don't show the 4600 but the T730 is gone. For you Verizon guys out there, a question. If this phone is only available on line, can I still get it using my NE2??

I wanted to know when the LG VX4600 comes out for verizon, i was about to go ahead and purchase the LG VX6000, not because of the camera feature, but because i liked the design But when I saw the other, i told myself i can hold out. It's about time LG came out with slicker phones without the camera feature.

I heard today from my Verizon rep that this phone will be coming to VZW pretty soon, maybe april. He also said to expect the 7000 around that time, along with another LG color screen clamshell with no outside caller id as a replacement for the 3100. The old LG's should go discontinued pretty soon, as the new three hit the shelves together.

Does any one have any idea when this phone is actualy going to come out for verizon?
