ok i have a total of 180 apps on my phone, its not letting me put anymore on the phone, so i tried to download 2 more, it says its downloaded but no app on the phone??

Two questions:
1. By jailbreaking & unlocking the iphone 3gs will I be able to use internet with T-mobile? I'm in an edge area with T-mobile, but they will be turning on 3g next month. Will I get 3g speed?
2. If I get this setup with T-mobile can I just use the $10 data plan they have or do I have to pay for the smartphone data plan. Thanks for any help!!!

Some of my contacts have a map (contact address) in the location where the photo is supposed to go. How did I do that so I can do it for other contacts, it's driving me nuts not to be able to do it at will.

This may be a stupid question, but I heard the sim card in the 3gs gets registered to the phone. Will that keep it from working in other ATT phones?

Is this not an option? I can go for a while and only when I look at the phone I realize I missed a call. An audio alert is a basic function of every other phone I've owned. I wish this one had it. Is there an app for it?

My wife busted her screen. I have ggek squad protection on my iPhone she does not (figured id be the one to trash it!). If we swap sim cards will her broken phone essentially become "my" phone with the geeksquad protection? Do you see where I'm going with thus?

I need to know / confirm the time limit when recording video on iPhone 3GS. I read in the review that it captured over 5 minutes of video capture... I am curious if the limit is actually based on available memory or if there is a preset limit. I am NOT asking about MMS as that is not a concern. Any help is appreciated... Many thanks.

Can't seem to get voice dial to recognize any names. What am I missing?

Also...is voice dial with Bluetooth (plantronics voyager pro) not supported? Can't get it to work at all.

I though that was one of the things that the new software/phone was supposed to have. Have I just not found it yet? Or am I going to have to go out and buy an expensive Tom Tom piece of eqipment made for the iPhone. This is sort of a crock as they billed the new software as offerimg this.

I've have my 3GS for a couple of weeks and recently noticed that for some reason I am only getting the Edge network in places I used to get 3G coverage but when I enable Plane mode and then turn that off, I can get the 3G network... Anyone else having this issue? I am considering requesting a new phone since it really shouldn't happen...

Just my phone, or does everybody's phone get pretty hot when i use it for awhile. mainly when i game. I'm a 1st time iPhone owner, so i don't know if this is common with all iPhones.

I am considering getting the Iphone 3Gs and have read quite a few reviews. Most of the reviews I have read do not talk about the quality of the calls or the reception. How is the actual call quality of the phone? How is the reception of the phone? I need it to be a good phone first. I live in Georgia, metro Atlanta and am currently with Verizon. Do any of you know if there are any other phones that use the Apple iPhone screen?

By that i mean the way you touch it and the response you get. There are plenty of touch screens i have tried but no other seems to behave like the iPhone screen.

A friend told me the iPhone screen reacts to teh energy in your finger vs. having to press it on other phones?
