Motorola KRZR K1

will t-mobile be getting this phone??? anybody know??

Did anyone hear about the new LAZR, I just bought my KRZR but the LAZR is da bomb dizzle. It has a 3.2 megapixel camera, stereo bluetooth, and html browsing. I feel like, how do you say in your country... injudicious, anyway all you playas gotta hit me up on my chirp chirp when you hear more...

I'm having problems as well. I don't have "Mmode GPRS" as an option. Please help.

Has anyone figured out how to set the Web settings for this phone?

I purchased my phone from batterymania on ebay whom promised that the phone was compatible with Cingular web and picture messaging. this is however; untrue. i did get the web working, but am unable to get the picture messaging set up. does anyone know how to do this?

I recently purchased my KRZR and I LOVE it! But I can't get the ringer id's to turn on. I took it into Verizon and they tried everything including calling support and the only thing they could come up with was it is a software problem and I need to wait for a update. Does anyone else have this problem???
Other than this problem I love the phone.

When I change the time on my krzr it will not save when I turn my phone off and then back on, it reverts it to an hour forward not back like I saved it as. Is anyone else having this problem?

I bought the KRZR K1 unlocked and signed up with T-Mobile. The one major problem I am having is that when I get a voicemail the alert comes to the text message inbox and I get a message that says it is from _@ with time and date, etc. After I check the voice message, another text message arrives saying from ^@. I called T Mobile customer service and they said that some older T Mobile phones as well as this KRZR K1 being a phone not supported by T Mobile that this would happen sometimes if not most of the time. Their only recommendation was to go to a T Mobile store and buy a T Mobile supported phone. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I will also try to call MOTO help. Is this phone coming to Cingular? When?

Suncom is taking pre-orders for the K1. They're going to get this one before Cingular as well! Lol! Not that we really want it, Moto is garbage! It's a "pretty phone" so it will sell. 🤣

Just picked up my new KRZR K1 yesterday. Liking the phone alot, but I have some questions I thought someone here could help with.

I got internet and MMS working fine.

On the top of my screen though I have the roaming triangle showing all the time, and wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue or is it just me? Any help on this at all?

Also, the KRZR comes with Motosynce-ActiveSync and I have setup all my settings just as I have on past phones but it fails all the time.

Anyone else experienced this or have a solution. Im thinking it might have to do with the roaming thing but Im not sure.

On my review I said you would not get more than a good day and a half. I misspoke. You can get 2 1/2 days with little conversation without having to recharge.

I also make sure i totally drain the phone and recharge it a couple times to get the battery conditioned.

ive been looking at pictures and reasearching,but i cant seem to find where the memory card slot is, can anybody help???

i heard that they were going to make the K1m for sprint, is that true? or is it possible to unlock the ones from verizon and use it on the sprint network? any and all information that anybody might have would be greatly appreciated, thanks!! 🙂

please anyone with this phone please let me know what type of video recording this phone has. please tell me it doesn't have the garbage that was on the razr. thanks in advance

Works great
VERY pleased with phone
Love the mp3 on the phone
Takes GREAT pics

Cons:
the fingerprint deal
new menu took some time to figure out
moto phone tools does not support it yet
cant log on to net...yet

Mods:
I use a Rivet belt clip
(Rivet.com)
removed the batt cover
scraped down to bare metal
cleaned and alcohol rub
applied hanger
left to dry for 2 days
(i have used the Rivet on 3 phone, it never comes off if you use the above steps)

Saw a commerical on TV tonight, seems like Alltel is selling the KRZR.

Whats up everyone I recently got my Krzr K1 and I am curious since I have started using it I have not been able to get on the internet and recieve or send picture messages. It is unlocked from the factory, does anyone know what to do?????

No dud the LAZR is not a RAZR. The LAZR is way better than the RAZR... even the SLVR. The LAZR is the same as the KRZR except its about half the length. And the LAZR has a 3.0 mega pixls where the RAZR has... ummm.. how you say, reduced?

Plus the LAZR is the color of a red laser. is so bright of a color. Not Lime green RAZR. The LAZR is shorter than the RIZR too.

I would say lookin at this phone its got T-Mob written all over it. Though based on cingular losing out on the Q and K1 first that this may go to them but I'm saying a high possibility the T-Mob has it.
