FWIW, I prefer the HS800 over the Jabra BT200 (I have both) because the little blue eargel pops off the jabra all the time, not to mention it gets kind of gross over time since it sticks in your ear. It also requires more adjustment - every time I pocket the thing the blue eargel gets twisted around, so I can't put the headset on with one hand like I can with the HS800. Hope that helps.
Note I have the HS800, which is similar to the HS810, but the HS820 doesn't have the boom. AFAICT, though, the HS820 has the similar outside-of-ear design of the other MOT headsets, and not the rubber-thing-sticking-in-your-ear-canal of the Jabra series.
I also found the BT200 immensely painful after wearing it for awhile, and the HS800 somewhat less so.
