also can support up to 2GB but 1GB is recommended for ease of use.

I also loaded the file as directed, and found the mac found the phone but got a not supported msg from isync. Even tried a USB cable, still no luck. Is there possibly a setting on the phone or on the Mac that is blocking the linkage. Thanks very much

nevermind, apparantly the chocolate is not all that good a phone... the problems oy... a friend of mine has the enV and she's absolutely loving it.
