Note in Billing System.
Came across this gem today:

cci bc when he is making calls there is static. Edu of outage in his area. He thinks there is static because he has "Schwetty Hands". Edu cust it is unlikely his sweaty hands are causing this, but to give it 24 hours and if he is still experiencing degraded service call us back from another line.
Re: AT&T customer service--a good story!
So, it seems the squeaky wheel doesnt always get fixed. That sucks. I'm going to try anyway.
On a related note--I had a similar situation almost occur late yesterday. Except this time, the customer service rep called the store before sending the customer here. He asked if we were COR or indirect. He also asked about the next nearest store. I thanked him for calling ahead, and identified the nearest COR store for him to tell the customer. Kudos to that rep for taking two minutes to call ahead, and save that customer (and me!) a load of grief.
Re: Note in Billing System.
I think we've all had to make judgement call whether or not to use the quotations in certain notes.
I know I have.
"Customer said he needed credit because he uses a 'vhealchair'."

Speaking as an AT&T rep, you're doing the right thing. It's as easy as falling off a log to tell which stores are COR and which aren't, and CSP is pretty damned clear on the whole return policy. Any rep who sends a customer to you to return a phone ordered from AT&T or purchased in a COR store needs some vigorous eye-opening.

Suggest T-Mobile Tower Locations
I didn't know if everyone out there knew about these websites, but there are websites out there that will allow you to submit a location for a potential T-Mobile tower location.
The first one is called T-Mobile Landlords. You can find it at www.t-mobilelandlords.com. With this option, you have to own the land where the tower is to be built upon. It's like having @Home in your backyard...with a tower... :-P
The second one is for all of you who don't want a tower on your land, or don't own land (apartment dwellers like myself lol) but you want to improve coverage in your local area...become a T-Mobile Advocate! Check it out...it's a program called T-Mobile Take Action. Here's the URL: www.t-mobile-takeaction.com.
NOTE: Generally, numerous suggestions for particular locations will be considered higher priority, and T-Mobile will keep your suggestions as a future potential site, and may or may not use suggestions at their behest (duh) :-P .
