Are the track names longer than 40+ characters? :paranoid:
Are you using any special characters like "[" or "~" in the track titles? /;|
Verizon's MOD music players have issues with really long file names and special characters.

Note: I have also had issues with "ID3" tags, a change to "ID1" mp3 tag sometimes solves the problem of tracks not showing up.
