Hey---- I forgot about that outer display option. I guess it has to be selected first in the CAMERA area. Ok. But still, unless I do the Self Timer thing, that little button is hard to press without pressing the other directional buttons. -Lorna
Since you are using the outer display you can also just close it up and use the voice/shutter key on the side of the phone - rather than trying to use center button on the keypad.

Re: Sprint Taxes and Surcharge
This complaint about "complaining about a couple dollars" seems rampant on many of the carrier forums (usually it seems to be sales or customer service reps who think customers shouldn't concern themselves about what things cost).
I just wonder, if your employer decided to reduce your wages for no reason, I assume you wouldn't complain as long as it was, say, only about 3%?
Note that I'm not questioning Sprint's right (or your employer's right) to take such action -- just that it's pretty stupid to think people don't care about what things cost.
I wonder if Sprint would care if a customer didn't pay their full bill - as long as they only underpaid "a couple dollars" a month? I think this exercise will reveal that "just a couple dollars a month" is pretty significant to Sprint - why shouldn't they expect their customers to think the same way?
Also, for you customer service and sales reps who take this attitude - try the following experiment. Take your annual salary & commissions, add in the cost of benefits and divide that by $1,200 (probably an average annual cell phone bill for services only - not hardware - use an actual number if you have one). This is approximately the number of "lost" subscribers which will require the elimination of ONE rep job -- perhaps yours.

I'm jus' not gonna use the service though, 'cause its WMA an' the songs won't play on my iPod. Sry.
Oh, an' I can't play my iTunes songs on my phone either, right?
Re: Get your correct info here... (note:)
Nope. The WMA files won't play on the ipod, the AAC files won't play on the vcast phone... at least not legally. There are (easy) ways to do both though, but the moment you break the copyright protection (including file conversion) you would be in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
I am not necessarily taking a stance on the legality, just providing all information.
I will point out that there is nothing illegal about converting music you own/rip off a CD into either format, or both... despite how the RIAA might feel about it.
