Hello- Does anyone know where I can find instructions for changing the whole housing of my V557 cell phone? I have the new housing but it only came with two tools and no instructions. Thank you! Stacey

can you send a song that has been saved to the phone and memory card from a computer as a text message? I want to use it as a ringtone and the girl at verizon said it can be done but wan't sure exactly how it is done...any clues?

Well my wife and I just picked up the vx8600, and so far have been impressed (we had sanyo's pm8200)and right now my wife would like to know where to get some decent ringtones/mp3's other then Verizon.

Was just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue. I sent a small mp3 (60 KB) from my cpu to my phone yesterday and I got a bounce back message saying it was refused.

I then used the same email account and sent a plain text email to my phone, went thru just fine. Sent a small .jpg from the same email account and it went thru just fine.

Thoughts? Anyone else seeing this same issue?

I recently purchased a Micro SD card 1GB for use on my LG vx8600. I thought from there I could use my sounds and MP3's as ring tones but have had no success in doing so. Is there a way to do this? If so can you please let me know how it's done?

Just wondering if anyone knows how to use songs that you've downloaded as ringtones. I was told to go to sk3themes.com, but I only see the option to download themes. Any ideas or is this just not possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have been using phonezoo.com to get ringers, lately I have noticed that it takes hours for me to get texts from Phonezoo as to where before I got them right away from phonezoo.

My wife has the same problem as do a couple other people I know, all of which use Verizon. A friend who uses Cingular has no problem at all receiving them.

Has anyone else heard of this issue?

Does anyone know of any sites that offer themes for new EVDO Sprint Phones. The sprint online store sells them for college football teams, but not the team I want. Any help would be appreciated!

I've had the Motorola e815 for a while, and it's been a great phone. But I'm due for an upgrade.

One thing I liked about the e815 was that, despite Verizon disabling a lot of software, I was able to send myself lots of ringtones. I would attach MIDI files to e-mails and send them to my phone from my computer as pix messages. Then I would just hit "save file" once the message came up in my inbox.

I've been heavily considering either the Chocolate V2 or the LG VX 8700 (I don't want a RAZR or a KRZR, since I hate their UI). Is there a way to do this same thing with either of these two phones, and if so, will it work with MP3s also?

well i have a telus lg chocolate 8500, and i dont like the theme but i can't find the button to change it, did they take it out?

I just bought a phone off of ebay. lg f91 it says ita unlocked for my carrier the phone has a cingular emblum on it, but it will not let me down load ringtones... i am a prepaid customer and broke the original razr i bought. i bought this new phoen inserted my sim card and it works fine. I just cant get any rings tones...can anyone help?

I am thinking about getting the u740 and maybe this question has been addressed, but I couldn't find it. Can you put a picture on the front screen? All the pictures show the analog clock but I saw a picture somewhere that has the regular verizon theme on the front screen...
