For us you can only add a line at the 9.99 monthly add-on price to existing family plans. Single Line Plans are SINGLE LINE only plans, so they are not eligible for add ons. No amount of whining complaining, big-huffy-sighing will change that.

If you want to add lines to an existing set of minutes you must have a family plan. End of Story.

How do other companies handle it? Have I asked this before? I never remember.

If you're in a hurry and want to get off the line quickly stop interrupting me every twenty seconds to ask questions about things I was just trying to explain. Also, try NOT putting me on hold every thirty seconds (which might explain why you have to ask me so many questions, you're not listening when I try to explain them.) if you stick with me we can be done in five minutes, if you spend half an hour on putting me on hold expect this to take half an hour longer.

MUHAHAHAHA. This lady really should fire her lawyer. She files for bankrupsy and lists us in it. The thing is she doesn't cancel her for or stop using it she just stops paying it. The phone gets canceled for nonpay and she is charged her termination. We get the bankrupsy papers and write off everything up till the file date...But she's still charged for everything AFTER she files including the termination charge 😁. MUAHAHAHA. I hate bankrupsy. I know there are some valid reasons for it but for the most part is is just a way of getting out of your mistakes by screwing everyone else over.

So these d-bags that represent the TMS in our mall have been abusing their privileges as indirect agents for the past few months. With problems ranging from "phantom upgrades" to unauthorized add-a-lines and new activations (all of these circumstances have been proven to be fraudulent.) Finally, after a lot of communication with the management of this TMS location about the fraud, numerous customer complaints about poor customer service and an obvious inability to sell our product without misleading customers, we were told today that by week's end ALL of the TMS reps in this market will be terminated! HAHA you sacks of sh|t, I hope being scumbags paid off. When you are collecting your unemployment checks, try not to lie on the applications. ...

So my supervisor has a personal vendetta out against me. She uses every chance she can to berate me, belittle me, and turn my job into a living hell.

I used to enjoy coming into work (as masochistic as that sounds). I may not have liked dealing with irate people, but I did like solving problems. I liked helping people. I liked gaining knowledge. Now, everytime I walk through the doors, I have to prepare myself for what new horror she will try to put me through today.

She constantly moves me around, just to exert her authority. She always chooses to do this when I'm on a call as well. So I have to wait til the end of the call and then log out to move, which f.ucks up all of my adherance and attendance stats. Then she bitches a...

😳 A guy called to tell me that his earpiece isn't working with his new Samsung. He says he just got the phone two days ago. I said ok whats wrong and he told me he thought it had a short. Then he said "You know where the male part goes into the female part, well it seems lose." 😳

To everyone useing cingular's VIP look up tool for upgrades, WATCH YOUR CHARGEBACKS!

I recently found out my reps and i were getting charged back for every VIP upgrade. Cingular has been pushing this tool and making sure we use it. Now it turns out they are trying to make it so we don't get paid on it. That means we are basically giving phones away and getting nothing in return. No woander they want us to use it so bad!

well today was the offical date that the sidekick 3 has been shown, even though most of us, (including my self) have known/seen pics/info for awhile now, it looks like to be a profitable summer commision check this year 😈 😈 😁 😁

Where do you see the wireless industry going? Includeing your own personal position within your own company? Being that most rep's make between 6-20something dollars a hour what are you aspirations? Finally do you think it's possible to rise into the upper ranks of your company and financially support your significant other's or do you think that is a line they feed us to hit our individual goal's?

I have an interview with smart wireless this week if anyone has or is working for them any info on the company or commission structure. thank you everyone who gave me the advice on wireless advocates. I am moving so i am not taking that position.

Now I remember why I always asked for Sundays off...they suck! Even the hottys walking around the mall aren't cute they don't even dress sexy on Sundays. Business is usually busy or slow and today it has been super slow. @ least I got old Simpson's and king of the hill DVD in my lap top that I can watch, it looks like I'm busy on the camera..the only problem is when they see me laugh and they wonder why I'm laughing at work, that's not allowed!!!

I leave my store in an hour and never come back! No more cell phone stores for me! I know I didn't post a ton but I figure I won't be lurking in the shadows around here anymore...so farewell. Many of you have entertained me through slow days and snow days, bi!chy customers and ridiculous corporate policies.

Alot of you have taught me more than I could ever imagine there was to know about cell phones. From hacking them to fixing them, teaching them to selling them, thank you helping me become really good at my job.

I'll always wonder if when I call customer care, I'll be talking with someone who will then go post about me 😳

I was driving intou our call center parking lot and I saw something that made me a little sad.

I had a friend in High School who was a little odd, smart enough, came from a good family (not that it matters so much but I have to wonder what his family would think of what he's done with his life) just a little quirky. I always expected he would slog his way through college and get an office job as the slightly off secretary or something.

He started working here a couple of months ago. He's gained a lot of weight, like doubled his body mass since High School... He's started dressing really badly, like ripped jeans, dirty oversized shirts sometimes with holes in them, and sleeveless flannel shirt over, or sometimes a ratty flannel shirt ...
