Inane buyer's philosophy

Me: Hello folks, how are we doing today?

Customers: Hey, we're doing ok. You guys have T-Mobile?

M: No I sure don't. I take it that's what y'all have.

C: Yeah, and we hate it. The service is terrible at our house. We can barely get a signal.

M: Well that's too bad. Are you two in a contract with them?

C: No, our contract ended not too long ago.

M: *tells them about a plan with VZW that would actually save them money and provide far better coverage than they have (confirmed by looking at online coverage map); overcomes their objections

C: Ok, cool. Thanks for the info!

M: Just to let you know, VZW offers a 14 day buyer's remorse period, so if it doesn't work out or if you wish to go back to T-Mobile for any re...

I can't activate my phone. lol

These notations about sum it up.

Cci and wanted to get help with his phone not being activated. Cust read error, which stated "Please connect to iTunes, if you still cannot activate, please call Apple support." Advised customer to please connect to iTunes, if he still cannot activate it, to please call Apple support.

Goodbye At&t....

Just checked my stats for this month, My attendance is below policy for the 4th month.... I'm on a final for attendance.... No way to bring it back up to where it should be. I have a feeling I won't have my job much longer. On top of that I have to move by the end of the month.... Oh, well. Goodbye AT&T. Probably going back to Construction again or something, or maybe I will stay in customer service and go work for AT&T Landline like everyone else who works here does. Or work at home for Warranty for AT&T, they make more on the hour than I do anyway, or cor store. I have been here for 2 years so I should have no problem finding another job in the business.

I'll be moving to a different account as Support Services Administrator and I'll always be thankful that you were the first company I have served.

Goodluck to everyone working for Sprint. I hope you can handle the questions regarding the lawsuit filed by NY due to tax stuffs. I hope everyone will have more sales and I am also positive that the company will come out with 4G LTE anytime soon. I'll miss everyone. ☚ī¸

FYI Sprint Reps/Customers too

Samsung Nexus S 4G is free on our website and I know everyone is having a good time selling, but to avoid any misinfo, I just wanna let everyone to know that the ICS upgrade the phone got a few weeks ago DID NOT give the NS4G the face unlock feature everyone was expecting to get. hardware limitations-- check your SOLUTION MATRIX if you're from TS.

just saying coz I had several custys complaining and I dont want you guys to be removed due to misinfo. [ there was also a similar post on the Sprint forum i responded to]

in the industry after a 2 year break

so i left the sales side of the wireless world to go into th fraud and investigative side for a couple of years, and well due to corp down sizing i am back on the sales floor, and holy effin pink elephants, not a thing has changed, i even moved states away, the customers are all the same, the issues, the complaints, even the smells they exude after a night of heavy binge drinking and dropping their phones into the nearest toilet all the same. 👀 i feel like bill murray in ground hog's day, like i woke up from a nightmare into an even worse nightmare, where i am the root cause of societies inability to manage themselves and read and understand a simple contract, some on pinch me or otherwise wake me up from this never ending night...

Me: I see. I'm afraid there would be no way to further lower the bill if you are already on our lowest costing Data plan that we offer.
Customer: can I get an indiviual plan and add lines
Me: An individual plan would be for 1 phone only.
Customer: i cant add lines
Me: I'm afraid not, as it's an individual plan. Family plans, or Shared plans, are the plans that can add lines.

systems are down. still taking calls. cant tell custy systems are down. cant do anything for them. potential for bad custy surveys. I think they're doing this to draw out the postal employees.

coming up on 1 yr anniv @ job

used to start walking to training at 4:30am, was almost hospitalized for a kidney infection, legally physically and mentally disabled, and surpassed the call center average lifespan

I want cupcakes.

Even if I have to buy em and bring em in myself.

You should know better than to call me up, ask about everything under the sun in regards to the service that you *may or may not* want to pick up... waste an hour of my life and then not buy ANYTHING.

angry customers are like hallucinogenics......

they say you can either have a good trip or a bad trip. I just got cussed out for 30 minutes and will some up the call for you all real quick:

I have f***ing been with this f***ing company for six f***ing years and never f***ing got more than two f***ing bars in my f***ing town, IN SIX F***ING YEARS!!! HOW THE F*** IS THAT f***ING RIGHT!!!

end result = good trip, I am now in a better mood than I have been all week đŸ¤Ŗ đŸ¤Ŗ đŸ¤Ŗ
