i've seen forums with these on them. my idea for the auto refresh would be to make it an option in the view settings. and then have a bar at the bottom of a forum link, and the top of the actual 'room' or whatever we're calling them these days, that says who's on, who the newest member is, etc. etc.

Hello!! I live in LA county and have been receiving lots of advertisements from Metro PCS phone service & am considering switching. I was curious what kind of signal they get out here? If they have a lot of dropped calls, etc. I am a single young female and it's important that I have good service at all times as I travel alone often. If anyone has any feedback I would REALLY appreciate it.

I just received a demo for this phone at my store, and I haven't been able to find any information about it. Have you guys heard about it?

I'm interested in the latest info on whether phones have java but the phone finder limits the return list to 20 and I'm not able to re-define the sort to go through the entire list. Is there a reason for this limit and is there a way to do what I'd like to do?

I have a customer with a XV6700, and he wants to know if he can go to a website and get free downloads,ringers, wall paper..etc

is there a way to set up the forums so that i dont have to continually click on the message to read it? its a pain in the butt to read long threads and keep up when i have to keep clicking on the original message to get back to my place. do you have any idea what i mean? and is there an easier way to do it? my computer at work is really slow and it sometimes locks up when im going to the next message. the chat room idea was cool i think!

Hi. Your contact page doesn't match my question so I am posting it here in hopes of a response.

I work for Third Screen Media and we have a need for keeping an accurate list of mobile devices and their capabilities. Right now we use wurfl(which i think i am just going to stop using because it just doesn't seem that accurate at all) and uaprof to get our device data from but have noticed that they are not always as current as we would like - unlike phone scoop. Do you have anything set up which would let a third party query against your databases and retrieve information?

We use the site frequently in our store and we were wondering if their was a way to list specific email programs for each phone.

For example AT&T uses Mobile Email for their email on handsets. Problem is there are three versions and the newer versions offer more email provider choices.

When comparing phones on this site, it would be a great feature to see which version of Mobile Email each phone uses.

Is it possible to program from your point of view?

I usually can only log in to this website from my phone because of the firewall at my work. I like the mobile version of this site but it doesn't give the option to log in so i have to seach for the site through Yahoo and then the page is broken up into 7 or more parts. Would it be possible to make it be able to log in while using the mobile site?

In my quest for a new VZW Blackberry I have been testing network functionality.

I am concerned that the Blackberry makes you log into a website to view pictures and videos on VZW.

AT&T's network allows pictures to come right through to the handset. I asked a VZW sales associate why this was and he said because Blackberry is a business device and camera phones are banned in most Govt facilities. He claimed that viewing the pictures and videos directly to the handset is a security feature added by VZW.

Does anyone know if this is true or just a flaw? A different VZW store told me the new phones will have direct access to pics and video messaging through Get it Now.

Hey guys, your doing a great job with the site! I wanted to say that first.

I just have a question for you about moderators. Wondering how many of you there are, and if you ever got it set up so that you could program in additional moderators when you need the help. I just don't understand how the two of you can keep an eye on all the forums, and still keep up with the news. I did a search, and know that you were working on it a few years ago, but couldn't find anything that said you were successful in getting it implemented.

How would you guys feel about Phone Scoop accepting sponsors for certain In Depth articles (such as trade shows or holiday gift guides) and/or site features (such as Phone Finder)?

All it would mean is a small "sponsored by" graphic at the top of those pages - nothing more.

It's really just another form of advertising and wouldn't affect our unbiased coverage in any way, but we wouldn't want to imply otherwise for anyone that might visit the site.

Do you think most people understand how sponsorships like that work, or do you think some people might think we've "sold out" or are biased in some way?

Does anyone have any information about this phone, customer reviews, ect.? Just curious because they just started selling it and I have very minimal to no information on this phone, except what my managers have been mumbling off to me, and every manager seems to have a sat. on the phone. It's very frustrating for me and I appreciate all the help you guys have done for so many phones, and was just wondering if you had any information on this one.
