Is the Nokia N900 coming or no?

Haven't seen any new buzz in a while on this...I'm hoping for this one (unless Tmo has another Nokia with legit 3g). Obviously I know i can get unlocked for $500, but figured I'd see if they may actually bring it on at some point.

Is it True?!?!

Is it true that Tmo has outsourced its customer service or TS to India or Mexico? If this is true its probably the reason they can afford to offer cheaper plans.

One other question; based on what I have been reading does the price of the phone depend on the PPlan you choose. If you choose a lower plan you pay more for the device.

I work for big red and Yes yes I know our plans are more expensive but 1) our phones cost the same whether or not you are on the $39.99 or Unlim plan with the exception of renewal time because of the NEWE2 credit. 2) Our minute structure hasnt changed in 3 years.

Discount on plans

Just signed up with TMO can a rep from the TMO store give a 15% discount? if so does it have to be on the contract signed at time of taking on service? I was told it will show on next billing? its a promo.

Well I did it, future Nexus One owner.

I always said if TMO got 3G in my area I'd go back to them, well they did.
They've had 3G here for about a year, then they sweetened the deal by upgrading their speed. So I ordered an unlocked Nexus One, it'll be here tomorrow. ๐Ÿ˜

T-Mobile NEEDS an American Union for it's workers !!!!!

Hey I work for T-mobile I think getting ourselves unionized is the best option with our decreasing hours and lack of pay.
Apparently the Union that takes care of our parent company want to also take cause of us.
https://www.phonescoop.com/news/item.php?n=5155 »

We as reps, customer care and everyone else need to to band together to do this.
DO NOT LET YOUR MANAGERS SCARE YOU OUT OF IT!!
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH !!!!!

Has info

We need this !!

Dear T-Mobile,

After a 3 year affair with AT&T, I finally left and came back to you! Oh how I've missed you: your great coverage, great calling plans, exceptional customer service, and cool phones that entice me every time I stop into a store!

I never should have left you in 2007 for AT&T. AT&T was abusive, dropped my calls and even dropped my calls to customer care to complain about their substandard network. AT&T's plans were too expensive and the phones I had were crap.

But now I have wised up and returned to the carrier I had from 2003 to 2007. My how you have grown since our early days together! Your coverage is very broad thanks to your roaming agreements. And you've stepped up to the plate and got some serious phones in your lineup too!

UMA Rumor

Any truth to TMO shutting down their UMA service? ๐Ÿ˜ฒ
I've seen posts thinking since TMO doesn't advertise it anymore there getting ready to stop offering UMA.

Any TMO stores get the Nexus One?

Initially I was told the stores wouldn't get the Nexus One, has that changed?

I'm still trying to wrap my head around buying something without test driving it. ๐Ÿคจ

Who else thinks t-mobile is doing an absolutely great job?

I think it is great you have t-mobile, and sprint having commericals about their service and what they have to offer. But when it comes to Verizon and AT&T, people come on can you not see that they are fighting back and forth and have been going no where. If I was a new customer and wanted a new cell phone, I would not go with Verizon or AT&T because they are doing these terrible commericals about each other. Not to mention that both Verizon and AT&T are completely over priced. Bring down the giant companies by telling them their plans are too high, ok well I will... I do not agree with their ability to offer extremely overpriced plans, it's not fair. I know that AT&T and Verizon are both going to be hurting because of their new plan pricing...

NO ETF IF YOU HAVE 0 SIGNAL???

So I have been with T-Mobile since September 2009... while I do love them lately I have been having alot of SOS at home and that is not cool in any way... I am wondering what are my chances of getting out of contract with no ETF since apparently signal at my house has went completely downhill.....

Thanks

Amazed at Customers

I am awestruck at the way cell customers view the companies. Always wanting to get something free and complaining about fees. Do you not realize that this is a business? T-mobile is trying to make money, not lose it. People act like T-mobile owes them something. What makes you think that you should always get something for nothing? Do you try and get free stuff everywhere you go? Would you switch from shopping at walmart for groceries because they wont give you free milk? Get over yourself.
