Just for fun i sent my application to every carrier to see what would happen. Every company called me to try to setup an interview, lol. I wonder if I should get back into the wireless biz...

I'm just curious. I know Cingular does, so I imagine the Cingular/AT&T merged entity will, but do they do so now? I have an employee who wants to get rid of her AT&T phone, but is afraid of the ETF.

Have you nothing better to do other then waste your employers time by having pointless discussions on this site?

Did your employer force you to work for them? Every minute that you spend on this forum is one more minute that I as a consumer have to wait for you to answer my call. Some of you may think that when I call for help it's a waste of your time. How easy you forget that if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't exist. Do you really think that if customers didn't call you that you would have a job?

i just had a customer call me who wanted to do an equipment change well i'm in NAS so i couldn't do it anyway but while i was trying to get her to customer care she was looking for her SIM card it sounded like she was running around her house checking everywhere and she finally found it in the fridge! she was a sweet woman but man was she dingy

Can anyone tell me if AT&T has service in West Virgina-specifically around the Fairmont or Morganton area. I'm thinking of switching from Sprint to AT&T but before I do I'd like to know if you guys offer it. With Sprint I get analog roam in these areas.

I cant beleive how boring today is, it's my last day with AWS and in wireless ever and I cant even get a customer who wants to argue, I'm just getting ones with IQ's of 12 that are frustrating me to death. 👿

This may be a bit redundant, but I am looking into switching to ATT from Verizon. I am very happy with Verizon service but their phones are severely lacking. I had ATT some years ago and don't have fond memories of the quality of service or customer service. I want a gsm phone, and as far as I can tell ATT is the leading provider in the NYC area. I travel quite a bit, both in the States and abroad but at this point I am mainly concerned with the quality and reliability of service here -- dropped calls, clarity, etc.

I know there were some threads posted earlier on this topic, but was looking for some up to date information and reviews. Hopefully the service has improved.

I live in NYC (good signal strength almost always) and I'm using the Motorola V600.

I'm having ALOT of trouble with broken dialogue. (It s.rta... sounds... l-ke.. th-s.) Parts of the conversations are constantly being repeated just so we can understand each other.

So does anyone else have this problem? Is it a NYC thing? Is it a V600 thing? Or perhaps my phone is defective and I should get it replaced?
