i am a verizon cust. thinking about switching to us cellular but have heard mixed feelings/experiences about coverage in southwestern virginia. i live in roanoke and commute to blacksburg and christiansburg, and occasionally to the hampton roads area. anybody in this area know how good the coverage is? dropped calls/unable to make calls? roaming? if anyone has experience here i'd appreciate the input!

I have the Kyocera 7135 PDA phone and I am very happy with it. I am also very happy with US Cellulars coverage(I used to have AT&T but the coverages sucked)
Anyway, I don't understand why a $600 PDA phone with a nice big screen, web software, email software, etc. is not easyedge enabled. Am I missing something? Is there a way to access the web with my 7135 that I don't know about?

I have a friend who is trying to use her USCC LG VX4400 phone on VZW. She tried unlocking using all zeros and that didn't work. Anyone know if there is another unlock code?

Ok heres the deal my plan with USCC ran out in Dec. I was going to switch over to verizon for the national plan but USCC has this awesome national plan in Chicago. I called USCC and a rep at the store told me the plan will be available until Feb. He also told me that the VX-6100 would be available sometime in FEB. Could I sign up for the national plan and then return my phone for a 6100 when it comes out? I guess all Im going on is the reps word that the phone will be out in Feb., but I really like this phone. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have info on the LG VX6100? When is it available, how much will it be? why is it taking so long to come out? Please post if you have info - Thank You! 🙄

I am interested in purchasing the phone for my son but the price is a major factor as I want to buy it outright instead of signing a new contract. If anyone has heard any updates on the availability through U.S. Cellular that would be appreciated as well!

I just purchased the Motorola V710 off the Internet but have yet to receive it. Has anyone used both phones or perhaps familiar with the overall quality to pass on some advice? I currently have a LG VX6000 and love it and was hoping to jump ahead in technology with the V710. However upon reading reviews for the 710 I am wondering if I should send it back and go with the Koi. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

soemthing was mentioned at the time i got my new phone about how if i was not happy within 30 days i could switch my phone/plan....it's not 30 days yet and i think i'de like to go with the 710...can i trade my phone in on the 710 and what would it cost me extra? I have the 810 right now.

Just bought a T731c off of Ebay for a friend to replace their damaged one. It came with the lock codes in place and security codes in place. So far I have not been able to get a response from the person I bought it from. Is there any way to reset all the codes and essentially get the phone back to factory status?

With the VZW V710 we all know that only 3 bluetooth profiles are enabled.

I've looked at both and they are both huge!

The camera on the KOI has amazing quality though and that really impressed me but opening it and holding it up to the size of your head makes you realize just how big it is!

I need to decide between the KOI and my 810 in a week....someone help me out.

Wow! this phone has a lot of really neat features- I'm digging it! I love that you can answer the phone w/o opening it, along with go through the menu and take pictures. Also, when you have a headset in, and someone calls you, it says in the headset "you have an incoming call, would you like to answer it?" and you say 'yes' and it answers the call!

I just got an email confirming that the Koi will be available to order tomorrow from the NDC! 😁
