New Social Media Policy
From what i've been told this policy is meant to prevent customers from getting wrong information on forums and facebook. Somehow the reps who are trusted in working with customers every day and selling the US Cellular brand aren't trusted to talk about it on social forums.
I personally think this policy is more about preventing people from telling customers that the company thats supposed to care doesn't give a **** about its employees. It's charging more then ever for its services and paying its employe...

Froyo End of January?
Still frustrated that I cannot use the HTC Desire to it's full potential and having to uninstall applications after updating some of my apps that had updates available.
Is there truth in the end of January or is it just the end of the following month that they are supposed to tell people? They also gave me a number for the manufacturer 888-987-4357 but reversed looked this up and it's Samsung and not sure what they can do to help the current problem.
