I Called Customer Service today to change my plan to one of the new family nation wide plans and they said i had to renew my contract. Well I just renewed last month so ok. Well in the middle of changing my plan she told me oh i have to renew all of you lines for this and get this no new phone for the other lines. What a Joke. They clam you can renew without renewing what a lie. US Cellular is a joke and I am switing to Verizon. STAY AWAY FROM USCELLULAR YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU BECOME ONE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. GET A REAL CARRIER.

how long before the public demand answers as to why with the unemployment rate as high as it is . Why would USCellular send the prepay customer service to India. These people that use prepay are mostly unemployed at this time.

I'm going to get a smartphone, but don't want to buy it in a few days and have something new come out two days later. You don't have to be specific, not wanting to break any "rules" here. Just say nay or yay as far as smartphones go if anything in the next month or so.

So I know USC used to carry this not long ago, and one rep told me they discontinued it. Then another rep told me the same thing, but for software issues and they were going to re-release it again in a week or so with the update. Is this true? And is the phone worth getting?

I know that it is required to purchase the smart phone data packages when getting a smart phone. But, let's say I want a "smart" phone, but I really just want it for the extra features, like the QWERTY keyboards on the Blackberries, but I don't really want it for a business asset. After the first month, would I be able to cancel the smart phone data plan and simply use the phone?

So every year US Cellular comes out with new smartphones. I have my mail in rebate form in front of me for my Moto Q9c, and it clearly has an option under smartphones between the htc touch and moto q9c for the HTC TOUCH PRO!!! A 70 dollar mail in rebate will be available for this phone....pricing however isn't given.... this will be a nice addition to our collection! But anyway, does anyone know of any other smartphones currently on the way for US Cellular??? This summer maybe? Blackberry and Windows Mobile and Palm maybe? Just to be fair I will ask also for speculations, but please be clear of what yours is. Thanks to all replies!!! 🙂

Why do people believe they can start an account in someone elses name just because its their spouse? I understand that they bring in the ID and your married but ITS NOT YOU!

A buddy gave me his old V3c RAZR which I want to use as a work phone, since my job is at a sawmill and is very dusty and dirty and hazardous to phones. I don't want to ruin my KRZR. How can I change the ESN and phone number on the RAZR to match my KRZR and use both as one phone? Or do I have to take it to US Cellular and have them do it (if they will)?

Stop wasting your money on buying a battery for your phone if u r a uscc customer. Beginning 5/19, uscc will swap your battery out for free if the phone is still within the first eighteen months of purchase. This does not cover liquid damage.

Is there really a difference or an advantage/disadvantage with going with either. I'm not getting insurance so that has no bearing on me.

So who is this clown that keeps preaching price versus value and real versus perceived. The reality is that we are/were in a recession. This is/was not perceived.

As for price, when the economy is in a recession, customers are not concerned with value. They want what they can affored. Why do you think that dollar stores exist.

I wonder what this guy would say when asked about uscs stock price. What is the value versus the price and is the price real or perceived. Perhaps this is your inside joke or maybe you are the inside joke.
