Is the new bundle pricing of $24.95 for mobile internet and unlimited messaging good for Blackberry? Or must I still pay for the voice plan, message plan, AND the $24.95 for the Blackberry?

Unfortunately the smart phone plans do not include messaging.
You would need to purchase a voice, data and messaging plan to have all services readily available.
