Blackberry Curve or Pearl

Can you force this phone to ROAM? In my house the signal flip flops and doesn't work well. However, when it goes to a solid triangle I have a full signal, would like this option for when I am home. In the field is seems to be ok on automatic. If not do any other PDA phones have the ability to be forced to ROAM?

MY GOD PEOPLE, GET IT RIGHT! (TALIA SPECIFICALLY)

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE SIMPLY EVERYTHING 450, OR THE SIMPLY EVERYTHING 900

SIMPLY EVERYTHING IS UNLIMITED EVERYTHING
EVERYTHING 450 IS 450 MINS, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING ELSE!
EVERYTHING 900 IS 900 MINS, UNLIMITED EVERYTHING ELSE!
TALK/MSG/DC 450 HAS NO DATA
TALK/MSG/DC 900 HAS NO DATA
CUSTOMER WILL NOT GET ANY MIR ON SMART PHONES IF THEYRE ON TALK MESSAGE DC!

If you cant get it right, how do you expect to explain it without confusing the hell out of the situation?!

Samsung ACE charging port question

The Samsung ACE is another of those great phones that only has one port on the phone. I was able to find a headphone adapter for the charging port so I can plugin a Speaker amplifier but I need a splitter so it can charge and play sound at the same time (Like what the HTC phones come with) does anyone have any idea where I might get one? I cannot believe it did not come with one!

Caller ID Problem

I hope someone here can help me with this one.

When I changed our phones over from regular Nextel to Powersource phones, the advanced caller ID info stopped working. Basically, when my wife or I called a land-line phone, both our name AND number came up on the other person's caller ID display. Now, only our number comes up. Called CS several times and had our accounts reset to no avail.

Really wouldn't care except we both do business with people who won't answer their phones if "unknown name" pops up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

referral rewards problem

for several months, I have been trying to help customers claim their $25 from the RR program, and most of the time I get a message:

"Due to system problems, we are unable to process your request at this time. please try again later" or something like that.

It's not like this is a one time or even once in a great while occurence. almost every time I set it up for a customer, whether it's a friend of mine or for a customer referred by their friend or relative, it happens. WTF is going on with this?

Samsung M520 OR LG's MUSIQ

I have had Samsung phones for years now. I started off as a Sanyo Lover until I got my Samsung A800 - which I loved and beat up so bad it still worked.

Then I had the Fusic - which I loved but lacked the power of my samsung - esp with the downgraded camera, and had its own glitches as of shutting off - yaddy yadda.

Okay - so then I got my Samsung M610.

LOVE IT - but now it wont read my memory card, it freezes, it turns off - blah blah - glitches galoore.

No I haven't gotten it wet either - I used to work for sprint also so im no loser around phones.

Now - In anyones personal opinion - should I get the Samsung M520 or LG's Musiq?

Both are similar with one or two quirks to each other...

Feel free to email me - but ple...
