What is the difference between "radio access" and radio premier", I only seem to find the music store on my touch.

If you have Sprint radio available on your phone it will come up when you click on your Sprint TV icon. It will then give you a choice of viewing Sprint TV or Sprint Radio.

And the feature phone data packs... If you got the pro pack you just have Sprint TV and Radio Access... that does not mean your phone is capable of them though. I know that the Samsung ACE just does TV and not Radio.

This sucks.I have $25 pack now (sprint tv premier). No radio like the rep that sold me my Touch said I would have.

The $25 Ultimate pack includes the Radio Premier, but I do not think the Touch is capable of the radio, again I am not sure. If you do not have the option of radio when you pull up Sprint TV then your phone is not capable of the Sprint Radio.

On my palm sometimes I will listen to .fm sites, like di.fm. And you can also try Pandora, supposedly all our phones are compatible with Pandora... but I have not tried to ever set it up.
