It was 1.004 (or something like that). I couldn't update over the air. Because Sprint couldn't figure out what was wrong, they replaced the phone. So far, so good with the replacement.

I have used an application called TeleNav to help get from place to place and it works great! You can see what phones it supports by going to www.telenav.com. To see which phones have GPS, you can use the Phone Finder link to the left. Be sure to click on 'Show all options'. One option is for GPS. Hope this helps!

I really never want to step foot into a mobile store again!! I had to pick up a car charger for a friend, so off to Sprint I go. I get there, get the charger and proceed to wait in line for the next rep to ring me up. Well, just as I am walking up to the counter, a woman barges in, pushes me out of her way. What you described is why the Fair Labor Standards Act was passed in 1938. I am so glad I am self-employed and have no employees. :)

YIKES! What you guys put up with! I have read the stories here and seriously thought most of you exaggerated a bit... Then I witnessed it. I had to take my phone for repair to a Sprint store. The staff was helpful, friendly. They couldn't fix my phone, but are replacing. Anyway, while I was there (about an hour) I heard it all... Why can't I have it free? Has anyone had this happen? If I attempt to go into my contact list, the phone freezes. I have to take the battery out and put it back just to get the phone to turn on again. This also happens when using the when using Text Messages. I can receive, read, but not reply because the phone freezes. I also see this when using the Camera. I have taken the phone to Sprint and they were ...
