I read somewhere that the limit for the human retina is 600ppi at about 8 inches or beyond... what is the PPI on a 4k tv with 85" display??

I saw one when walking in to a tiger direct store and it just looked amazing... doesnt the recommended viewing distance vary depending on screen size? And what i meant is, at a certain distance 720p would look the same as 1080p...

Have you actually seen one up close? Please go see one... I saw a huge difference in sharpness and this was on an 85-inch TV... and i was standing up close right in front of it and also from over 10 feet back! So with that logic, 720p is just as good as 1080p?

Plus this thing is just FUGLY as hell... its way too bulky, it's ugly, it looks cheap, it's ugly, and its a Kyocera, and man is this thing FUGLY... seriously though, who is designing phones for them?

The torch falls short on processor speed and screen resolution compared to most smartphones released nowadays! Its actually pretty bad IMO. Although I agree there was not much improvement between the 3G and 3GS iPhones.. the same cant be said for the iPhone 4.. The iPhone 4 is a huge upgrade over all previous iPhone models.. Some notable mentions: 1Ghz processor (not found on any other model) 326ppi pixel density (retina display/highest res on any phone) Physically bigger battery (longer lasting) Slimmer phone (slimmest smartphone) More RAM LED ...

The DROID is VERY UGLY IMO!!!! I dont know why people like the phone so much... I agree that signal will vary depending on your area thats why the "Best Carrier" label is very subjective... I have an iPhone on at&t and never have ANY issues with signal/coverage... I've also had VZW, TMO, and Sprint... They've all been pretty good here except maybe TMO...
