LG "the V" aka vx 9800 for tech geeks, for texters, the only competition for the sidekick series, but with multimedia power. Able to play actual 3d video games as smoothly or even better than a gameboy with the power of an original NES in the palm of your hand. almost as nice as the n64 when it first came out but much smaller, the LG Chocolate, AKA VX-8500 for tech geeks. The lawsuits against VZw are mostly because people don't listen, don't read contracts before they sign them and thn get butt hurt when they use more than what their plan allows and they get billed for THEIR USAGE, including downloads & messages. As far as the lawsuit about the Bluetooth capabilites on the MOTO V710, the judge was whack for awarding the judgement to the people instead of dismissing the lawsuit. Verizon didn't manufacture the p.o.s., Motorola did. People should ...

The adapter that LG includes with the phone allows you to connect a regular 2.5 mm headset to the phone to use the old style earpices/stereo earphones. Both the LG Chocolate and the Moto Razr V3M are built without the standard 2.5 mm headset jack, but only the LG Chocolate gives you the option to use Bluetooth Stereo headsets to go completely wireless. The Bluetooth Stereo headsets typically retail for an additional price of about $129.99 + taxes. Hope this ...

You are past the 15 day satisfaction guarantee that VZW offers on all phones that they sell, so you won't be able to take the 8300 back. You could just buy the new phone on a new line of service and just go with one of VZW's family share plans. If you don't actually need the extra line, you just keep the other phone for a back up in case of loss, theft, or damage.

AAC is primarily used by Apple, they chose to go with CINGULAR. That's why VZW went with WMA. At the time that i tunes launched they didn't have all those LEGAL tracks. They didn't even have the half million that VZW is going to offer LEGALLY. As far as AUDIO quality, there isn't a PHONE out tht has HI QUALITY speakers from bose, HARMON KHARDON or anyone like that. Reason for WMA requirement for Vcast Music
Jan 10, 2006, 12:35 PM
in the Article: VCAST Music Disables MP3 Playback forum

The reason VZW went with WMA is actually due to the digital copyright protection technology that WMA offers. This is the reson that the music industry is so onboard with VZW's new service. The only people that lose are the CHUCKLEHEADS who refuse to purchase anything legitimately and chose to pirate their entertainment. VZW's new service blows every other service provider's offering out of the water from the word go. The music industry is so onboard with this service that ...
