Oh you silly telesales. As in-store customer service do you have any idea how many times I have had to fix all the errors you make when you try to hastily make a sale? 9 times out of 10 telesale reps are morons.
And regarding stealing sales, dont worry. At least a dozen times I have had tele-sales call me asking for help on how to set-up a certain plan, add a line, etc and I just end up fixing ...

And then proceed to f'up their plan, sell them data that you dont even discuss, put multiple primary lines on a family share account so you can claim a higher cut, and then when the **** hits the fan you send them to the actual trained people to clean up your mess.

I am not trying to encourage an argument, but I believe you should choose the carrier which best suits the area that you are in. I live in Colorado and travel quite frequently up into Wyoming and Montana. I choose Verizon because there is little to no coverage with Cingular in these areas.
Again, I am not saying Verizon is better than Cingular or vice versa. :)

A port can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on fast everything is processed within the system. During that time your T-mobile phone will receive incoming calls while you will be able to place calls on your Verizon phone. :)

I think Verizon and Cingular should just select their best warrior from each clan to dual each other. In the end there can be only one and peace will be had at last. That way all this pointless bickering can come to an end and many millions of lives can be saved.
