I honestly didn't think at my store we were gonna do so many pre-orders but wow.... So many people are coming in to pre-order and im talking about people porting from verizon and iphones... 8O

i don't get it.... I live in Los angeles and have great coverage with sprint... the plan and my diamond it's the happiest i've been out of all the carriers.. :D Why all the sprint bashing? verizon charges more.. for not much more..

It seems ike they're listening....

Nope......i've seen it tried too many times b4.... and bb has done away with that upgrade program long time ago... whoever told you that you could upgrade just didn't know what he was talking about.... It would say on your reciept and on the brochure..it's a Psp which means protection service plan... you call a number and they send you a phone...and etc.... i work at bb in wireless....
