Menu or Multi Tasking button?
In the review it says " There's a capacitive Menu button on the left and a capacitive Back button on the right."
I thought the SG S5 had a multi tasking button instead of a Menu button. Am i right or wrong?

Re: Maybe it's you?
I really appreciate the advice. However the issue was not him not understanding.
After explaining everything to him and told him what his final balance would be he states that he got an offer to get the same plan and quoted an amount $20.00 lower than the amount i just told him he would pay and went on to say that he thinks i should give him another $100.00 credit. I mean ...
1) I seriously doubt that he was offered ...
BARGAIN
It bffles me when people try to get something from you even when their bargaining position is weak.
You are offered a plan that will save you over $50.00 monthly, give you more than you currently have and yet you still pull the "i get better offers from other carriers and i can cancel right now" card when you have ETF of over $1000 (Tax and service used not included) asking for more money. :x
Re: If I buy it at full retail...
After you pay full retail you need to have it active on your account for at least 60 days then you can request your unlock code
Re: Well, not quite
If you think $60 HDMI cables are a scam, check out the $1,000 ones on Amazon. It was a shock when i saw that

Exactly. I posted in the other thread exactly how that change is terrible...
It can be frustrating in fact when you do it through the oline portal. I've seen cases where all the requirements are met and as soon as you enter the IMEI it says that it is unlockable. That's why we create that internal case. Once we explain that the requirements are met and the phone should be unlocked, you just have to wait for your email ...

it is not difficult to get the carrier to agree to unlock it for you, ....in my time working for at&t, the only time I ever flat out refused to provide the unlock code for a customer who requested it was if the customer had a past due balance or if the phone they wanted to unlocked had been reported stolen. ....
Well now it is harder to get a phone unlocked at AT&T. We are no ...

But wouldn't people in other countries buy phones from their own country?
The amount of phones purchased online or that people from the U.S come with to resell in 2 other countries i know is very high. Reason. They use prepaid mostly and can't always afford full price of a high end phone so they just buy online a $600 phone for just $200 or $250 (maybe less) and then throw in a prepaid sim then use them.

Re: EXCESSIVE DATA USAGE ON THE AT&T IPHONE 4
That's usually my first advise. And that, often times helps resolving the problem. IOS update on cellular data does consume a lot but not the amount i have seen from those customers.
Some times last year there was an issue with androids were certain widgets would do that, but i haven't heard of any occurence since last August.
Re: EXCESSIVE DATA USAGE ON THE AT&T IPHONE 4
I've had countless calls about that and it never fails. Always the same phone. There was a case where the phone transfered 32GB of data in 2 weeks
EXCESSIVE DATA USAGE ON THE AT&T IPHONE 4
Has anybody ever encountered that issue with the iphone 4 using Excessive amount of data?
I have had multiple cases and always it is with the iphone 4. I followed up with a few customers that i have encountered the problem with and some stop getting overages after doing a master reset, some after a software update, i have even had customer get warranty replacement .
And the problem really seems not to be with the customer's usage but the phone ...

Re: Hardware???
Zpike. Just because you are the smartest student in a class does not mean that they have to change the whole methodology because of that. I understand your point however, me personnaly, i deal with customers on a daily basis and MOST, i repeat MOST of them do not know anything about the phones they have and the new one they want to upgrade to. whenever i run into one of them that's smart enough to check the difference ...
