Re: Mass Exodus
I hope that you were trying to say anthropology not a degree in night club science.
I have a minor in electronics science. It is what they call here being a "technician", a tech is a person with a short career.
Re: Mass Exodus
What are you studying?
Re: Mass Exodus
The word is "dudette".
I don't know if Pooty has already started her emergency savings fund. With about $1000 she can make it through 2 months without a problem... Huh but she has student loans :s
Re: Mass Exodus
What are you up to?
Where would you like to work at, after leaving TC?
Re: Mass Exodus
You upset, like gordo?
He even changed his profile picture just to prove that he has a GF.
Re: Mass Exodus
Yes. I will miss you Pooty
LOL... No, I was just attacking sprint.
Re: Mass Exodus
Company: TC.
I think that this may have something to do with it:

This is nothing more
than a branch of the Lithium Ion Alliance Regime (LIAR)
Where's Jashmay?
I thought that he would have something to say against AT... I mean, about this topic.
Dayum Eric!
You had insomnia.
Re: 2007 called...
Not true.
I used an Iphone 4s as my primary phone for a couple of months. I was consistently using 20%-30% more data when compared with what I used with my old android phone.
I've not used Windows phone or Blackberry long enough to determine if there's a difference in data ussage, but apple... That sh!t constantly pings the network more often than any other crap I've used before, and for no aparent reason.
Re: 2007 called...
If you made that up then "cool story bro"
Now, considering how things are nowadays it wouldn't surprise me if I realized that it is a fact after googling it.

It seems that average consumers don't use the free unlimited porn included with their Sprint plan.
Re: As a wise man once said
If I was in his situation I'd pay the extra $100 one time payment for the Nokia (If I really had to go with the basic plan).
He doesn't need an smartphone, most of us don't. He "wants" an smartphone. After 18 months he will be able to upgrade to a GS4 mini for free, or just by paying a minimum fee.
Having a huawei phone isn't the end of the world.
Re: Alcatel? Huawei?
I wouldn't take them on a $50+ contract, definitely no. But the guy is getting them for free with a $20 monthly service (which will include about 250MB of data per month). Not the end of the world having one of those phones, both are well built and sturdy.
THEY ARE CHEAP PHONES HOWEVER.
I was going to say the same
Quad core.

Re: I'd like to be the 1st to say....
Douchebag Telekom was just trying to get rid of T-Mo. So they merged with an smaller company who agreed to purchase T-Mo from them as soon as they started making some money.
The merger will be good for both companies, T-Mobile has good products/services, however a major investment is needed if they seriously want to compete with the big 2. They are doing good however. Softbank will make big changes on sprint, I'm sure, and we will not have to ...
Yes
But you have to buy an expensive $180, 89W/h solar panel, a power converter and a battery (another $250), also pay $300 to have it installed on your car.
Once you have all this, an special circuit will convert the the 12v from the special battery to 5V, this circuit will drain 80W to power itself and will provide you a nice 5v at 1,8Ah to charge your cellphone (you have to buy a USB-iphone cable separately)
Re: Sembrated
The same guy was the only one available on VA then.
Happy 4th of july for him.
I need to ask then
Which phone are you currently using as your main cellphone?
Re: I forgot to mention.
Full retail price at tigo. They are not available for prepaid customers but since my mom has a line I gave her the money and bought them. That's the full retail price of the phones (including taxes and sh!t)
Sembrated
with calls for the first time in the whole year.
Zakai117 y Achmed are here with me, el otro culero se fué (the other douche left, not an scooper so I can't say his name)
Re: upcoming sony phones 2013
Cool story bro.
But give us some specs here. Some of us are firewalled.
(screen size/type/resolution, battery, chipset/cpu speed, RAM, internal storage?)
I forgot to mention.
The Alcatel has better call quality (noticeably better) if that's important for you.
The built in microamplifier for the headphones has better volume in the Huaweii, and general software performance is a bit better as well.
I had them both for a few weeks and they perform wonderfully considering their retail price
OT MPOP $106 and the Y300 is $113 if you have a line and wish to buy the phone for such line (I bought the alcatel first because I ...
Re: Alcatel? Huawei?
The guy is looking for a phone and has a low budget. A local carrier is giving them away for free with a $23/month 18 month contract.
I've try them both and they do a lot considering their price (even the full retail price)
I wish you could give us an objective opinion at least once.
Re: Site downtime today
You brought it back online real quick however. Thank you for your dedication.
Note: 1753 customers bought a phone they don't really want, and went with the wrong carrier because phonescoop was not available when they were looking for guidance before making their decision
Re: That's
Cool story bro. I wish I could remember it.
I bought
The Alcatel first, and it is the one I'd stay with because it proved to be a solid device. (I recommend you to install poweramp or other dedicated music player, the volume of music played through earphones is anemic, it is a bit of a software issue because the ringers speaker and speakerphone have good volume)
I like the soft touch finish of the back and it survived a few drops from my desk without suffering any damage.
It is an ...
Re: Galaxy S4 Active did not pass water test
Anybody can have a bad experience with his/her "waterproof" device. They are supposed to be resistant to humidity and dust, though. There's always a little chance for you to get a defective unit.
The bad thing; Samsung's S4 active has not been sold enough to tell, not many people have one and I think that a very reduced number of users will ever experience a problem with it while under warranty. People are unlikely to believe your story (as customer ...

I needed help when writing the story of alpha male vs real man.

Huawei Y300
It has a 4 inch IPS LCD WVGA display. It is a better than the one on the Alcatel MPOP (Not much brighter)
About the hardware, I liked better the other phone (Alcatel One Touch MPOP), the Y300 has too many hard angles, is not too uncomfortable to use, but the other one feels better for sure.
I've use this phone for a few days only but it seems to have better graphics performance (Almost no stutters with facebook msngr YAY). ...
Alcatel MPOP
I will write a review of the MPOP on my blog.
The phone feels good (if a bit cheap), I liked the rubbery back cover of the phone, Is about 11mm thick but doesn't feel big in your hand at all, it is really comfortable to hold and use. I'd like it to have more RAM because I run several apps at the same time. (512 is good enough)
The WVGA display is bright enough to be used under direct ...

Re: Poll- Android vs Windows
Go with a Nokia Windows Phone 8 device (Lumia 620) if you're looking for an entry level Smarphone (Free or low cost on a sub $40/month contract)
You will be more satisfied with it's performance.
Don't take the 520, it has WP7, AKA outdated.
If you really have to go with an Android device then please consider at least one of this phones.
Alcatel One touch M'POP (Free with Tigo on a $25 contract)
Android 4.1.2
4" 480*800 TFT LCD Capacitive Multitouch Screen ...
Re: Comments re Call Quality
I put my hands on one of these phones already. I partially agree with you, but not completely.
I made a few regular phone calls and they weren't bad at all, but were far from stellar.
Eric is right when he says that the volume of the earpiece is a bit insufficient, it is not even close to offer the volume and quality of the regular S4 (even call quality on the S3 is quite better)
I really like this phone. One ...
