You can always just use a dual micro car charger with your existing cable.

But you have to buy an expensive $180, 89W/h solar panel, a power converter and a battery (another $250), also pay $300 to have it installed on your car.

Once you have all this, an special circuit will convert the the 12v from the special battery to 5V, this circuit will drain 80W to power itself and will provide you a nice 5v at 1,8Ah to charge your cellphone (you have to buy a USB-iphone cable separately)

I have a boxwave dual micro car charger, and then I just use my own cord
