It is no one fault but the companies. Indirect are not given the proper tools or training. Their job is to sell and when it is a repair center they are only allowed to do so much because the major corporation that funds them only allow so much access to the account and the training is completely different from location to location and from direct and indirect.

I do well and made 38,000 last year. with the same hours worked the most I can make is 32,000. They changed goals and incentives. This is the only job I have ever in my life heard of where the longer you work the lower your pay gets. I understand they are cutting ...

In your initial review you did not mention that you went traveling to new york. It just says mainly in your home in NJ. If you did all that then that is a completely different story and it sounds like the phone and not the service. But from your first review it sounded like you dont have good service where you live and you did not test other well known good markets. at least that was how I perceived ...

Obviously i was not serious. Whats ridiculous is to live in an area that does not have the best possible service with only one provider. Every company has not the best service in certain locations depending on terrain and tower location. If you are going to rate phones be in an area that has the best of all carriers so its an even playing ground. Not judge sprint on his location. Its a unfair review, period.

Just so you know he clearly said that he gets only one bar in NJ where he lives and sprint is hardly ever any good there. I dont think that is a fair review. I live in portland, or where we are a tester city and get everytyhing first. My 4g is always top notch, it never lags, i never drop calls, I have a rooted evo and even my 3g wireless hotspot is fantastic other than downloading music. ...

yes they did, and then they gave us a 30 cent per call raise, so basically we are just working for the month they took away from us. and with the raised vp we can barely max out so thats another 250 pay cut. so i lost 7000 this year, i hate this place

well that doesnt always work. and if they happen to get a call while your on the line and you want to hang them up you cant and you also cannot recieve another incoming call. its ridiculous and something i think that should be fixed...

So on my evo if I am on a call and someone else calls I can easily switch, BUT i cannot end the other call. When i push menu it just gives me the option to end all calls and if i just hold down on the call i want to end, there are no options. has anyone come into this or know how to end a phone call while on another line?

even with the so called pay raise, most make min wage still. and it didnt even compensate for the 240 dollars from the ir bonus they took from us, so how is this a pay raise???

i used to work for a call center were i could be logged in but unplug a certain cord in the back and would not get calls but they didnt know. i did this for about half a year when i found a better job. i was paid but was never there, slept, did whatever i wanted. it was great!!!

hey at least you get a projector with sports on it. we have one tv in the break room with a broken up and down button and bunch of idiots that complain if its anything but judge joe brown or csi. I work with idiots who steal food out of the fridge and it takes multiple occurrences for them to check the tapes. a place were we are not even allowed to have reading material for in between ...

Portland, Or. But im pretty sure it was all the ACS's that got the pay cut. But then they "raised" our pay by one tier but only truly affects people that have no NO's for surveys but these idiots voted on a 90 day period instead of a 30 day, so no's from 3 months ago can still effect your pay lol

BlackBerry Style 2??
I am at work and I cannot look anything up, but is Blackberry going to come up with the style 2 where the flip portion of the screen is touch? I think this would be the only logical next step for the phone what do you guys think?

I think what he means is he likes the concept but as of right now its ugly and our current technology and it being the first one does not allow it to be perfect. But just like touch screens were a first and not perfect, either is this dual touch screen..

I work for sprint for care but its called advantage where we have offers for people signing contracts and can order phones. i only send to sales when there is nothing to claim and i dont get anything for it ;)
