The masses only look at headlines and don't go any deeper. ie people are always talking about the "4G" iPhone. A good percentage of marketing is just plain BS and anyone who has a clue knows this. The unfortunate thing is the masses for the most part don't have a clue and the corporations know this.

Unfortunately your type of retail store is few and far between these days. I suppose consumers have made their choice with the Walmarts etc... of the world. It appears low paid workers & lackluster service is the future in retail .

Assuming most of you have a system like mine, you can put notes onto a customers account. I come across quite a few that are pretty funny I thought I'd post one.
"issued new sim imei xxxx ...sub was rude and angry this wasn't done over the phone....advised sub that we cannot issue equipment over the phone"

Hey, the consumer picked low price box stores over sales associates that know something years ago. You've gotta say they got what's coming to them.

His major complaint was about pricing and some how Obama being president fit into our pricing.

Go into an ATT store and tell them that you were told by ATT (Call Center) that you need an updated sim card. They should just give you a new one.
