what does att custoemr care reps in the call center start out with at att? a buddy of mine said he heard something like $13 an hour i was jsut wanting some clarification. it would be for one of the oklahoma locations.

you can port both lines over to at&t w/o penalty no etf's required and get a 30 day trial period the only thing is if you don't like at&t service you cant come back to cell one.

ya it is a cell one thing but we are used to it we get paid even if we don't work but if we work we get paid our regular hours plus we get paid the same amount of hours for working and if you work the late shift you get a differential so it not to bad they at least compensate you for it. but it still stinks for those that have families to be with.

Not to sound like a jerk but Customer care will be here on Christmas day taking calls as we do every other holiday it is still business as usual for us so we are here on Christmas day working as we do every other day. i have been with T-Mo for about 3 years now an here lately They have sold me nothing but crap phones. I have went through so many phones in the last year as they have just crapped out. I am thinking about going to at&t i don't know why though or U.S. cellular. they both have phones i like and they have descent plans.

I dont know how the retail stores get there info but the OKC call center hears all sorts of things. Again they are all rumors though but I know there are people hear and we hear all sorts of stuff and most of it has been accurate.

not me i am more worried about job than the money. the money is a great bonus and gift i am more than appreciative of it. I would jsut rather know if i am going to have a job more so than the fact whether or not money is going to be in the bank. It is to hard to find a new job,

I work in the OKC call center and I have talked to both these people in the past. they were both a different breed of cat if you know what i mean. But ya there are some others out there that are fun to talk to aws well.

I keep getting a erorr message ATP 523 rest on my new curve it is really pissing me off it has been doing it for the last hour? any help would be appreciated.

I work in the call center in OKC and i read the other day on this site about a potential buyout and everret did send out a company wide email to all employees before it was final and announced the sale. this company has been exploring buyouts for as long as i have been there and was told by others that have been there 5+ years this was being looked into and i guess i am ot surprised but ...

part of it could be roaming agreements as dobson has agreements w/ cingular and tmobile. therefor buy purchasing dobson they could not only gain more coverage in rural areas where they might not have service they will gain more money off of roaming agreements.

try sending an ota to the phone if you are a dealer that might help. i am in customer care and i have not heard of this problem with any other nokia 6085, and i handle those daily.
