Hi, everyone:
I want to develop an App running on Windows PC to transfer music file(like .mp3) from PC to Moto phone through usb cable. I have searched several days, but can not find some useful clues. I found the Nokia supports an SDK named connectivity API to do these things, I want to know if SonyEricsson supports same one? if not, How to develop an app to transfer music from PC to Phone through USB cable?

I bought a V3x on May 30 and within 2 weeks i started having problems. First, when I opened it for what ever reason, the screen would go white. Then IF the screen returned to normal, it would show "no service". At which point i could not access my phone book or anything else until i removed the battery and rebooted. I finally had to return it when it died completely. It wouldn't do anything, including turn on.
I was given a replacement and before I even left the store, i got a white screen. Would someone from Motorola PLEASE tell me what is up with this phone. I love the features, and the Itap software is so much better than before. I want to have this phone but DA*N !!

ok..i upgraded from the v710 to the e815 today and i did all the hacks for the 815...bt over mpt...transflash copy directly...everything....i was able to use my v710 as a modem using the "yournumber"@vze3g.com and the password as vzw...i tried to do this with my e815..but i get this error.."Error 691: Access was denied because the usename and/or password was invalid on the domain."..does anyone know what this means...i know that i can use this as a modem because i enabled it on my friend's e815...does anyone have any thoughts?....

Does anhyone have or know where you can get motorola phone tools for macs? I would really like to know.

I have a Net 10 phone which I guess is a tracfone but at the same time Walmart told me that it is through Cingular, so what is my carrier and I need to know where I can get ringtones for my phone, or maybe someone knows about !melody cause I don't understand that either??? HELP

I have just ordered two V3 Razrs from Cingular for me and my wife. Where is the best place on the Net to find the following genuine Motorola Accessories? There is so much out there I can't quite figure where is the best deal and actually get what I order.

ok so i transfered songs to the Itunes feature of this phone but now i want to make some of these songs ring tones. i had the Sony Erickson s710a previously and i could do that i hope that i am able to use itunes for my ring tones please somebody help!

anyone know how long of a (video) file the Q will play? the 815 caps at about half an hour, which makes it a pain in the arse to watch a full movie on.

Also what file types (.avi, .mp4) will it play. Specificly, will it play a .ogm or .mkv (dual audio/subtitles) container with the right codecs/filters? and if so, will the regular matroska and ogm filters work?

...on 2 different networks. Wouldn't have any other phone. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes. I wouldn't use any LG phone if you gave it to me for free.

recently upgraded my LGVX6000 for a Motorola e815. Feeling pretty mixed so far, although with a couple of good suggestions I could easily end up keeping this phone. Here are my problems:

1) When I use the bluetooth headset, people I'm talking to hear the infamous "echo" on the other end of the line. I saw on an old thread that there was a firmware fix for this. My version is 8720_01.17.03. That thread was from February. How could a Verizon store, in NYC no less, still be selling phones out of the box with known problems and old firmware? Is that level of incompetence common? I even took it back and exchanged it because I was having these issues, and they told me I had the latest software.

2) I'm having a lot of problems with the voice...

I actually bought the Moto E815 and although I like the phone I am wondering if I will be happier with the LG VX 8300. The only thing I notice so far with the Moto is the earpiece is very loud and it's like listening to someone with slurred speech - sometimes I have a very hard time understanding what is being said although the volume is very loud - is there any adjustment with the earpiece? Is this a known problem with the Moto? I read some stellar reviews of the VX8300, however, there seem to be earpiece and volume issues with this phone as well. I am still within my 15 days to exchange the Moto. Any suggestions/feedback appreciated.

My v180 is a ball of static and basically non-functional these days. I use Cingular and live in San Francisco - should I stick with Cingular or is there a better carrier as well as phone to go with? Ijust want to have functional service. Thanks for all and any suggestions!!!

I have a V360 and 128mb card and a collection of photos that I would like to organise into various folders but not see them in the main folder which is for new photos taken.

I tried creating a new folder called holiday but noticed that the same photos appear in both the holiday folder and the main.

Is this a limitation of the phone or is there are answer.

there is an update from 4.04..to like 4.20 or something like that...should i update or no?..will this disable some features..or add news ones..has anyone done this yet?...thanks for the input...

I delete 2 mp3 files from the phone with a character ^
They somehow get corrupted and turn into non ascii file name with an extension *****.mp3.r and move itself to a/mobile/licenses folder.
I've tried using p2ktool and p2k commander to delete them but it won't work. I've alo tried to master clear from the phone, but they are still there.

anyone have any info on this so-called "scalpel"? just read a short news story that mentioned it, wondering if anyone has the scoop yet.

Anyone know how to stop the text messages that come in everytime there is a voice message?

Also noticed on mine that he display time out option doesn't work. Whatever I set this for "off" , "1 min" or "2 mins" the display always turns off after 1 min. Anyone else experiencing this? THanks.

I am utilizing this forum to troubleshoot this issue. I am a Verizon wireless consumer for approx 3 yrs. Never had a problem with the service or its product up until I purchased the Razr V3c.

My charcoal grey Razr was purchased 12/05 and since then it has given me problems. My chief complaint revolves around this phone needing to be programmed everytime I leave the state of FL. If I fly into NY, NJ..etc the damn thing goes down and is useless.

So each and everytime I get off the plane I am at the airport using a land line to program the phone. And boy does this phone require some setting up procedures for it to work again and pick up a signal. Worse is when I was in the Bahamas. Again totally useless and left me stranded as it was no...
