I figured Id keep you guys posted on bluetooth headsets because Im sure some of you are as annoyed with them as I am (trying to find the right one)

Picked up the H3 yesterday, only used it a little bit, but so far so good:

1: FIT - it fits great, nice and snug to the ear, I can shake my head back and forth and it doesnt go move a bit. I think I can golf with this on (may help some of you) and take full swings without any movement. So this was a plus right away (much sturdier than the Jabra BT800 and Moto HS850)

2: SOUND QUALITY - this is great...very loud and clear. Blows away the quiet Moto HS850 and is even better than the BT800. No problem driving and hearing. From what Ive heard so far Im clear to the person on the other en...

I just moved in the Cellular One/AllTel merger. My new Razr doesn't display a 1x data link, but my wife's POS $50 Nokia pulls it up just fine.

Any ideas on what may be misconfigured? AllTel tech support can't seem to figure it out.

Hi guys I read somewhere that I could make the earpiece on my SLVR louder by purchasing the moto phone tools. Well, I bought the software but I'm lost. I can't seem to find the option for this. Can someone guide me the right direction? Thanks in advance!

My Razr V3 is beeping as I move/drive even at home. Sometimes more sometimes less. It drives me crazy.
What is it - why. Is it due to roaming/low signal or ?
The battery is full.

Anyway can I turn it off - where?

After 20 days on my new Razr with no issues, the "Insert SIM" message comes up and the phone acts like there is no SIM and the phone does not work. If I power down and then power back up, the phone works fine till about 10 more minutes and the "Insert SIM" message came back. I returned the phone for a new one (same SIM card) and it worked great, for 10 days. Now the same issue is back. I assume this is a SIM card issue and not a phone issue since a new phone didnt solve the problem. Anyone else have this problem before? How was is solved? Thanks.

I have an e815 with vzw. Yesterday it started showing this blue screen with a moto logo on it and across the bottom it reads "bootloader usb init". took battery out and that did nothing

why does the new verizon software not offer this feature...are they planning an update that will add this feature...and is there a way to hack this feature....why would verizon get rid of that...it was the best option ....thanks for the input to those who know...

I'm looking for any credible information regarding the Motorola Unlock codes. I have an MPx200 that I can't get unlocked anywhere - all websites in that space can't currently provide Motorola unlock codes for the MPx200 and it's making me crazy. Anyone have an idea when / how I can get this phone unlocked?! Thanks.

I'm a little concerned about buying a Motorola L6 because I'm not sure if it has the 850 band or not. According to this website, it does, but a lot of other sites I look at say it just has the 900 / 1800 / 1900 bands.

I'm coming from using a V300 and I was very unsatisfied with it because I'd never have more than 1 bar in my home. If the L6 has the same bands, will i still get the same signal?

I have no screen but want to somehow transfer my phone numbers to the SIM card so I dont lose them. I dont know anyone with a V300 but if you have one I could use ur help figuring out the sequence of buttons to press. Otherwise I am flying blind.

I know this headset isn't the latest but for those of you that care, I think Ive discovered the myth of the HS850 headset volume.

If youve been confused from reading hundreds of mixed reviews about the HS850...dont pull your hair out any longer, the answer is pretty simple. Ive put in the leg work and discovered something you might want to know.

First off, if youve read these reviews you are probably aware that the headset is rated fairly high, and recommended by many (even over alot of the newer headsets) because it doesnt have that much static, it rarely drops signals, its quick, its light, its stylish, its motorola.

However, the big complaint it seems that half of the people seem to have is the volume. Its simply just NOT LOUD ...
