So my question. Can you connect a Blackberry to a 360 to get a network? we just need to sign in and stuff. Not doing a lot of downloading. Going to pick up a wireless rounter soon.

ASCAP, the group that collects royalties for singers, songwriters and performers, has filed suit against AT&T claiming that the carrier should pay a royalty each time a ringtone, composed or performed by one of its' 350,000 members, is heard in public. The group says that a ringtone is a public performance.

A federal appeals court in Washington on Friday took a shot at the Federal Communications Commission when it tossed a rule that barred any single cable television operator from serving more than 30 percent of all subscribers.
