What is the best phone thay have to offer right now? Whether brand new or slighlty older, but still good? I have a friend looking for the best one, money is not really an issue. I still love my enV, but she wants more opinions.

I'm just getting myself into trouble today... I just learned that mumbling angry things under your breath can ocassionally be caught.. oops... Some guy came in to buy a case, then started complaining about how it's cheaper at Target. I said sorry, I can't match the price at Target. He said well I would have bought it here if it was cheaper. He did leave... But not quickly enough. I had just mumbled "I don't really give a f***." ...

This popped out of my mouth today before I could stop it. I was sitting down in my kiosk doing pretty much nothing. Every once in a while pulling out my book and reading a few pages or playing Zuma on my phone when I had a guy walk up. Here is waht happened. I found the cure for hating work. Fill a big bunch of balloons, then shoot staples at them and see how many you can pop in 60 seconds. :D

It wasn't just that she didn't know cuz TMo doesn't carry it. I even broke it down for her and said "It's a cord that plugs into the phone and the computer and allows you to download music." Then she proceeded to explain to me how to download a ringtone fron tzones. But I've had them for less than a year and have already had to file a complaint with the FCC.

Then I would have to deal with the DM b!tching at me for the crap job my manager does. We used to rank #1 in our district for sales. Now we rank about #7.... BECAUSE THE EFFING MANAGER DOESN"T DO JACK SH!T!!!! I'm leaving in a few weeks though. Maybe I'll "go into" labor next week....

I have had 1 customer in the 10 minutes I've been here. And she has come back 4 times asking questions that a) either have nothing to do with phones or b) just really annoying questions. Like "I have this phone and need a charger for it." "What's the model of the phone?" "How am I supposed to know?" I have T Mo. Because it was cheap. And I get what I pay for.... Their customer service sucks. JD Power is crazy. I have not talked to one educated, nice person in the company so far. I have been put on a 3000 minute Myfaves plan when I asked for the 700 min basic family plan. They took off my unlimited messaging when I did that also. One of the Bose systems planted right in front of my kiosk freaking just shut down my kiosk... I kid you not. Some dude came to play with it, turned it on and BAM!!! Computer off, lights off. I turned the computer back on and waited for it to come back on. Guess how long start up on this thing takes?! 25 FREAKIN MINUTES!!!! I hate you Bose. Go screw a cow and I hope you get diseased.

That's one thing I NEVER understood! People calling in complaining about the taxes!! "Well Cingular never charged me them! They told me they didn't!!" Well Cingular lied to you... Do they have control over the goverment. NO!!!

Ya. There is 3 of us working at this location, I'm PT, the other 2 FT, and the manager has been in wireless on and off for 5 years, but only manager here for 3 or 4 months. And the other FT kid is probably going to quit before Christmas, I have to leave the beginning of December and the manager has done nothing to look at hiring anyone else.

I feel ya... I only have less than a month left, then 3 months of freedom and then a decision to make if I'm going to come back here or not. I cannot make crap here anymore. When I first started, we had good phones, no returns, everything was good. Then when I was settled in my boss turned into hellspawn and pretty much dissapeared, we started having return after return after return, we can't get ANY good phones ...

People wander aimlessly into my kiosk all the time, look at the phones, pick up brochures. i ask if they have any questions, who they are with now etc. If they come in on their phone, I acknowledge them and wait for them to finish. This guy just came in, was looking at Blackberries and the Blast, talking on his phone, asked for a pen and a piece of paper and started writing down the prices. Then he gets ...

WE had T mo pull up my fiance's number, and the history of it. The previous owner of that number had not been subscribed to any of these. And my sisters number was not, mine was not, my guess is that Alert Cellular thought it would be funny to screw us over. haha jk.

Nothing wrong with the boots. They make me feel all cuddly warm when I walk outside in winter. THough, yes, I could dress up in a loincloth and a throw a little piece of fabric over my chest, put on those boots and go all barbarian. lol.

When I very first got T Mobile, my sister and I ported our numbers from VZW, my fiance got a new number. The very next day he started getting "Want to know who loves you?" And crap like that. Then... 3 days later my sister did... then I did. I had just dealt with this crap in CS with VZW and knew not to do it, the other 2 weren't stupid either. We knew how to stop thm, so ...

I just spent 40 minutes on the phone getting cusotmer service to disconnect 2 lines of service done 12 days ago and they were saying it was past the 14 days. I finally hung up caleld back, spoke to a supervisor and got them disconnected. Then my ex, baby daddy, called pleading for me to leave work and pick him up from the city an hour away. When I was a CSR for VZW, I would flat out tell them if they wanted a credit they needed to call the company that was charging them. They are 3rd party, they bill us, we bill you, start from the top to get your money back. I would offer what I could, the CS number for the company, how to stop any more charges from coming, offer to block premium texts, but no credits. And yea, they tried ...

I had one guy fighting with me over a pro rated bill because he disconnected service within the 30 days and was upset that he got charged for the minutes used, even though I KNOW I went over that with him.
