I'm talking to this guy about getting a prepaid phone for his wife and how to add minutes. He is probably around 70. Well, someone sets off the security alarm at the jewelry counter, which sounds like a fire alarm. This guy flips out and is like "what's going on?! what's on fire?! Can we get out or are we going to die in here?!" I calmed him down, and I don't mean to laugh, but it was REALLY funny to me.
