I did. I am an employee and I bought the Instinct the day it came out. I returned it as soon as we got out Treo 800's in. The Instint really is a piece of junk. In every way!

You are able to send picture mail from your Treo 800 if you knock down the resolution to VGA.

HAHA that is so true! Like it will hurt me if you cancel. They get so offended when they walk out and you say, have a wonderful day! haha! All customers are the same

I just had a customer come in my store and she looked at our display of phones, turned to her boyfriend and said, "they are out of the lime green ones." The lime green face plate comes in the box along with 3 others. AKA-LG Fusic. AHH I guess it just annoyed me terribly.

you have a flashing battery for your samsung a900? where did you get that? i have only seen the regular batteries, because the black backing on the phone would cover the battery, wouldn't it?

There is a Sanyo Katana 2 coming out, with mp3 and explandable memory. Due out to Sprint December 2006.

My favorite quote from a customer is when they walk in a Sprint store asking where the nearest Cingular/Alltel store is. Or when they ask if you sell other carriers products!

You know, this is way true. You either have an awesome sales day, or your co-worker does. But it really does suck when you get all the crap from the people that don't activate!

I have wittnessed a $1500 deposit on Cingulars network. That is for each line of service. Now that is crazy, your whole two years of service probably won't be that much!

It's amazing when a customer walks into my Sprint store asking where Cingular is. Now tell me how nuts that is.
