Has anyone been able to send pictures using the recipients number on this phone?
When ever I take a picture and hit menu, send, two options pop up. SMS and send via E-mail. But it won't allow me to select SMS. And when I select E-mail it starts the process of setting up an account.
I thought Sprint had the whole MMS thing paned out with 'Picturemail'?

If I recall... with a windows version phone you can only send a picture as an attachment in an email. If you look at the comparison with a Palm Centro (not windows) you can do mms whereas if you look at the 800w the MMS feature has a "-" in the spot where it identifies applicable features. Hope this helps.

Just curious does it matter if you put a "1" in front of the numbers as you indicated? I can't imagine it would.

Theres a neat little program the works perfectly for sprint customers. You can download a trial with a couple popups or for a $5 donation download the program.

You are able to send picture mail from your Treo 800 if you knock down the resolution to VGA.
