No matter how much that was a good answer. Which it is and it's bascially they only answer. You're still going to have numbnuts that go around and ask their friends and when they come around to get it. They end up hating that phone. You have this website to look and compare certain phones to each other. USE IT PLEASE!

Ok...Alltel, Verizon, and Sprint are going to get a the CDMA version of the Curve. I'm about 99% sure that Alltel will get it in May. Spring might get it earlier or Verizon might get it earlier. It doesn't really matter since everyone is going to get it.

Re: Shady Indirect

Mobile Solutions...Dirty little indirects they are. I agree with everyone at some point. I work for a indirect dealer as well as most of you all do. And we can't really help how some companies will do anything to get a sale. I work for a reputable indirect that tries to help those that need a phon and not try to force a phone upon them... For the person that says leave it alone and the first time they call ...

I didn't read the other relies. Within those 15 days you have to go to the indirect store you bought it from since if you go to a corporate store they'll just say it's not in our stock. I know this all too well since I work for a indirect company. But having problems with the phone? You still have a 1 year manfactuer warranty. Exchanging the phone out? Wow. I'm with verizon and they have never gladly jsut exchanged my ...

I agree with crackberry and Omagus. Don't blame the manufacturers about "giving" the US market ugly phones. It's the carriers. Like how Apple offered Verizon the iPhone but Verizon refused cause they didn't want to give Apple pretty much all the rights. Nokia is a strong presence in Europe and Asia. I'm sure once the manufacturers get rights like Apple. They'll be able to bring out better phones for the US.

Re: Nokia Phones are just tooo ugly
Dec 5, 2007, 12:42 PM
in the Article: Nokia Promises Larger US Presence forum

I disagree. Every phone that comes out is either an older verision of Asian or European style phones. And how come all the better looking phones are coming out in Asia and Europe. Like the 5MP Samsung G800. Learning from Apple? I hope not. Only thing that Apple did was make all the manufacturers hurry and bring out their touch phones which were still in testing. Yea the iPhone is a great phone. But I wouldn't go out and ...

Also it'll all change soon. Since manufacturers are going to want exculsive rights like AT&T gave Apple for the iPhone. Soon I see that we'll be able to pick whatever handset we choose for any carrier like Europe and Asia and all we need to choose is the service provider we are willing to be with.

Finally.

Finally they've started doing this in the U.S. Of course people have to watch their phones more carefully now. And there are improvements to be made. But at least the U.S. is finally adopting the method of Cell phones being your one and only source of life now. Haha. Can't wait to see more improvements

Is who's been around longer in the US a big factor? If you want to talk about who's been aroung longer. SK Telecom (Helio's Parent company) has been around longer than Sprint has. I'm saying it's more conveniant for some to get Helio. Sprint has been shown to have a bad reputation of raising plan rates without notice. Also they're pretty expensive at times too. Not trying to bash on them. If I did bash on a company I ...

in the T-Mobile forum

I have a couple of dropped calls from Verizon. But I don't agree with people saying that Verizon is going down. You have too many business's and consumers that use Verizon just cause of theire reliability. Verizon DSL is kicking ass. Verizon Cable will be coming soon.(I think) They have 2nd largest network. T-moblie is like 5th. But Verizon could do something about their customer service. It's pretty bad. But other than that Verizon won't be going down at ...

I agree with Yean. I don't like sprint much. But ATT don't go with them cause that go phone is a prepaid service. And T-mobile i'm assuming it's a Class N account month to month? Also Sprint would be more logical since he can actually be in other state and get you the phone and your area code. other carriers won't allow you do that. XD

Will I say the only EvDO provider that will succeed cause Disney has failed and if I remember correctly something of Sprint's failed as well. It was either Sprint or ESPN. I think it was ESPN. Disney and ESPN has failed and right now Helio is the only EvDO that is standing it's ground. the SERO plan is great and all. But that's what Sprint is using to compete against Helio. I have nothing against Sprint. I just like ...

StacyTMobs. This may be late in response. but who cares. Yes T-mobile is awesome. I just recently starting work for a 3rd party dealer. And I have to say. T-Mobile kicks ass. They've won JD Powers and Consumer Reports best customer service and satisfaction for many years. I'm actually going to switch to work for the corporate soon. But when something is wrong. T-Mobile customer service fixes the issue. Explains what happened. And they help you with everything. Wow I was ...

Yea exactly. I work for a 3rd party. I would be better at my job much better if I had a bit more access and freedom. Not call in everytime for a phone deal >_>. But then again most 3rd party dealers do shark more than corporate. At least you guys get paid hourly and not straight commission only.

But you guys have to think when you would receive that phone. Also it's not hard for a indirect dealer to give you a wing for $100.00. I've given a wing for free and still got paid $180 from commission. The company will still pay you for it. but nice find none-the-less.

Yea but it was not in his area. A cop from NY calls a resident from SC and demands his information? Someone was doing another prank call to him. There would be no arrest warrant since she called a wrong number and it happened to be someone inconsiderate. I would've been the better person and just said Wrong Number sorry. But it progressed into verbal abuse. No matter what, there's no crime involved. Except for probably the fake cop ...

He obviously doesn't know about this. He probably thinks it only happens on shows and movies like CSI. I feel bad for the situation he is in. But what's the point of bashing a company when he didn't even verify what really happened? But you are right. The report would be thrown out since both parties said vulgar profane words. Also I don't see why a cop from another state would call you even if he knows it's out of their ...

Re: Helio or Tilt or ???
Oct 18, 2007, 12:24 AM

Compare prices. Helio does have great plans but the phones are costly. With the basic helio all in plan you get 500 minutes for $65/month. And you get unlimited text data and all that jazz. The only EVDO provider that will succeed and pretty much kill the competition. The Tilt with ATT You get service with ATT/Cingular. Nothing really great about them. Roll over minutes. Data plans outrageously over priced. For the same price of around $150 to get a data plan ...

Wow. So...T-Mobile told you that they gave away your information without your permission? How can you say that TMobile is another example of a corporation not giving a damn about it's customers? When they have been number 1 in customer service and satisfaction for the past 8 years. T-Mobile is a worldwide mobile company. You just don't want to take the time to handle the situation correctly. When you're flashing phones over. You can't text, use the internet, just make and recieve calls. That's the bad side about flashing. You might be able to text. I'm not sure. But I've been told that you can't. And Helio plans are cheap. $65 for 500 minutes. and you get unlimited everything?! That's awesome. Also texting to korea is free. OMG probably not for you. But a Korean person like me. That's just an awesome deal.

Hm... I dont believe that Alltel will get the Centro. I think Alltel is waiting for Palm to release the Linux OS. Not sure exactly. You would have to wait till around christmas to see what alltel is bringing out. Or just wait till this site tells you.

I'm sure eventually they'll come to Texas. They're really just starting to hit the consumer market. And they allowed Verizon to use all their towers but not anymore so..Alltel will eventually be as big as Verizon and even better cause of the My Circle. The plans are cheaper. But the credit checks are very very stingy. But other than that they're a great company.

Hehe. Here's a list of reasons why Verizon doesn't care about their phone selection. 1. They don't care.. 2. They don't care... 3. They're everywhere... 4. They were never good at picking phones... 5. Verizon exec's are not into fashionable statements. Like the touch. Centrino. 6. Sprint is doing more consumer stuff now so that's why they got the touch and centrino. 7....And finally...They don't care..

Wow you people are retarded and don't have any useful information to give to people. No you don't need a data plan. It's highly recommended that you get a data plan so that if you happen to get on the Internet you won't get charged out of the ass. Or you could go with T-Mobile, get the Blackberry Curve. data plan for it is acutually just $20 for the blackberry email and real web browsing. And again. You don't ...

You can flash a Verizon phone over to Sprint. But only thing you can do is make and recieve calls. No texting no internet. So If want the chocolate which in my mind is a piece of **** phone cause I have one. I guess I use it too much. But the Musiq is pretty much the Upgrade to it and it works better. You can even compose your own music on it =].

How does a cop...a oficial of the state that he is in. Have any jurisdiction of where you reside? Also T-Mobile would not just give out your information. I work for a couple of the major service providers. And T-Mobile like any other carrier does not give out information so easily. No subpoena. No nothing. Of course the fouple shouldn't have been rude while your girl probably said something that they thought was rude. And also. When you have ...
