The phone does read HSPA+ on the top of the screen. When I look online it shows my feature code as HSSMT7

So I have a new Inspire 4G. I am only getting speeds of 1.47Mbps download and 0.14 Mbps upload. My girls iPhone4 is faster then this. is it locked within the firmware? If I root it, will it be faster? Maybe the HSPA+ is not really there? If I go to About phone> Netwrok> Mobile Service Type, it shows HSPDA. Should it show HSPA+? Do I have a lemon phone and ...

Verizon network already crashed in Denver?
So I am hearing MANY reports that people in Denver, CO is having MANY problems. They cannot make calls, send OR recieve text and not use data. ALso, when they do get a text, it shows up about 15 times. Interesting.

i think it's funny to hear you talk about your paycheck. If it is setup the same way ATT is, you will make $0.00 off of a iPhone sale as a rep. Just a FYI. YOu will only make a commission off of a accessory.

Sigma, That's because you work for Spring and they don't tell their managers crap until the last minute. They have changed a lot in dealer payouts that start the 1st.

What lesson is their to be leaned from AT&T? What pople fail to understnd is that th iPhone is what makes the netork look bad, not the network itself. But I bet you knew that too. If the iPhone would have been put on any other network it would have crashed worse than AT&T's did, and yes, they do have third party studies on this.

Not sure what BB slider you are speaking of, I know AT&T is getting the 9800 slider. So maybe you are WRONG about iphone. Plus, if Sprint put the iPhone on it's network, it would crash worse than AT&T's did.

$500,000 is a lot to say you lost. Being that the GP on the iPhone for a dealer is $25 per phone, you would have to have sold 555 a month over the last 36 months. Plus whatever you would have made on accessories. They do not pay you on the iphone data plan. It's just a flat GP rate from att.

I don't get how so many people complain about dropped calls. I never have a dropped call on my BB 9700. I live in the Denver area. Even when I lived in Idaho, I never had dropped calls and yes, I am on the phone a lot.

iPhone for Authorized Dealer
So has any dealer got the iPhone yet? We have not, we were suppose to get it before Black Friday. Rumor has it that it's being stalled due to a lawsuit that someone filed because they could not get the iPhone until after the first of the year.

Only reason I want it is because I work for an att dealer and can get it taken out of pay checks. (sorry, I am a bb specialist and i have not been trained too much on the netbooks) I would active it later down the road. Its a gift.

I have had Allen Iverson come into my store when he played for Denver. He would only buy the Razr2 and always was forgetting his charger at hotels. The other dday I activated service for the former CEO of FOX and ABC. I have also sold phones to pro skiers. Colorado is full of famous people. J R Smith has also come into my store. i did not help him though..

20 Dealers in the Country will be getting the iPhone this November. My company is one. We will have it no later then Black Friday. We are the only dealer in the Rocky Mountain Region getting this phone in November.

So I just heard of and saw a drawing for a blackberry coming to att that is touch screen and has a slide keyboard. Imagine the Samsung Impression but a blackberry.
